(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy golden body with a tall rocky long lasting off-white head. Aroma of potpourri, barnyard, grapefruit, chardonnay grapes, grass, earth, and wood. Flavor of brett, florals, orange peel, vanilla, buttery chardonnay, and wood.

Bottle in Hotel Room, Brooklyn. Clear yellow/golden - white head. Nice bretty, white wine note, sweet grapes, spicy notes, light malty, fruity, oakey tartness, light flowery, lovely high bretty. High drinkbility.

taster ... thanks benji ... hazy golden amber ... soft saison lemon yeast nose ... dry ... very bitter ... quite herbal front ... soft brett ... light yeast ... really not me... in fact not me at all.

Bottle, 22oz, at TFODRBSG-12. A lightly unclear, golden beer topped by a white head. Vinous, lightly bretty nose with citrus, some pine cones and a touch of sugary sweetness. Quite bitter on the palate, full-bodied and tart, even though there’s some sweetness in the flavor. Citrus, brett, resins and some vinous, alcoholic notes. Lasting bitter and fruity finish with a nice touch of brett. Certainly a beer I could have again. 120818

Hazy yellow color, small white head, lace. Bretta, fruityness in the nose. Medium-bodied. Quite spicey, white pepper, alcohol, A bit earthy. Bretta-sour of course. Sour saison?

Very hazy gold beer. Tidy white head. Light palate, airy, dry and crispy. Mild fine carbonation. Sweet tripel malts - trace of dried fruits, herb, pinch of spice. Bretty minerals and suppressed orange cream. Finishes semi dry. Interesting flavours but a tad dry.

Bottle, bought @ Ølbutikken, Cph. Pours clear golden with a large, staying, frothy white head. Aroma has plenty of grapes, green apple, vinious, oak, crisp malts, light pear. Medium to high carbonation, lovely dry and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has oak, white wine, crisp malts, light citric, oak dryness, pine and light citrus bitterness. Light warming. Splendid.

Draught at CBC. Frothy off-white good mostly deminishing head. Dark amber colour. Heavy malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Some candis notes. nice complex. Long heavy bitter wonderfull finish. Creamy palate. excellent but what is it?
