4.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Pour was a hazy unfiltered dark purple coloring, big tan head that retained. Smell of citrus, lemon peel, peppery and earthy, big yeasty smell. Taste follows: citrus is subdued but comes barking back at the finish. Big sour and bitter clash, a long bitter after taste. Dry, leathery finish.

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
appearance: cloudy bright gold, short fizzy white head, quickly vanishes to a soapy ring. aroma: some toasted white bread, a bit of white wine, coriander, citrus, general funk. taste: taste is typical wit, undercut by an extensive, exhausting sharpness from the brett. finish: lingering plasticky sharpness, nearly mineral. notes: Really, really wanted to like this. Felt like someone took a wit and just overwhelmed it with brett. Maybe my taste buds were just off, because everyone else seems to like it, and it sounded right up my alley.
