3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a quite bubbly chalky white-golden with light white head. Aroma is funky-musty like wine and damp old wood and lemon peel. Dry with nice tropical fruitiness and a hint of musty wine and brett. It is very light yet complex and flavorful, very enjoyable.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
"a standout in the style, if only because it no longer really fits the style. the wit base makes itself known only in color and feel. the smell is mostly wild diaper, and the flavor brett and oak, with very light chardonnay aspects. good beer, but too steep in price. i’ll be curious about future releases from this new brewery, though. brewer spent 13 years at midnight sun..."

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Light 10 karat pour with ample carbonation and a tightly packed ivory cap. Lemongrass, hay, some funk, white wine, coriander, crushed black pepper, and biscuit. Lots going on here, but it all seems to meld together nicely. Yum!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
March 2012 bottle. Pours clear gold carb that fades quickly. Aroma has an almost cloying quality that is not immediately identifiable to me, possible the brett or a combo of the brett and Chardonnay? It’s almost like coconut. Taste is less unusual with lemon, pepper, oak. Lightly tart. Pretty good.
