3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear golden yellow with a small frothy white top. Aroma is grassy grains and a little sweet honey of the malts. Taste is a great array of grassy grains and a little sweetness from the malt. A nice light quaffable beer.

0,5 l bottle. Clear golden in the glass, mighty white head. Low grain on the nose. More grain at the start, little bit malt, hints of caramell sweetness, resin, alcohol in the background. Smooth for a Bock.

50cl bb08/2015, local. Corn starch malts swallow a civic helping of herbal hops. Alcohol is well hidden, but that’s about it - did not enjoy this monotype filler all that much.

Bottle 6.9%. Clear golden with white head. Light sweet malts, honey, biscuits, some dry herbal touch, light hoppy bitterness. Very nice balance between the light sweetness and lingering bitter. Decent beer.

Good mouthfeel, full body, quite oily texture.
It is a boring beer, but very solid and decent.

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Systembolaget. I’m not a big fan of bocks. Boozy and overly sweet most of the time. So is this one but I still think it´s pretty good. Golden and clear with a small white head. Wonderful scents of grain, almonds, honey and sweet flowers accompanies the alcohol really well. The taste then? It´s still to sweet and boozy but also grainy and the honey that goes well together with sweeter dishes. It´s a mild aromatic bock that manges to win me over on it´s side and thats not bad.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: DEC 15, 2014 500ml bottle served in a Weizen glass.
A: Pours a clear golden yellow color forming a medium and creamy white head that dissipates quickly leaving few spotty lacings in the glass.
S: Strong malty backbone. Bready yeasts and hints of honey. Flowery hops finish.
T: Very strong malt taste. Yeasts and honey can be also easily noted. Grassy hops profile. Light bitter finish.
M: Medium body. Medium carbonation.
O: Good drinkability. Easydrinking despite the 6.9% ABV.
