Bottle. Brown color with a large creamy good lacing off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. A rather good, and refreshing, dunkel.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep cobber and brown with a light tan head. Mild spiced and breadish aroma. Light sweet initial encounter and light metallic. Mild spiced, roasted malty and sligt acidic flavour. Holds a nice balance to the roasted malt towards the finish.

A deep red beer with a good head. The aroma is slightly fruity and sweet with notes of brewmash. The flavor is of brewmash, sweetness, and slightly sour. A little thin.

Bottle at EBF 2008. Clear amber coloured with a small off white head. Sweet aroma of malts and caramel with notes of hay. Sweet flavour of malts and caramel with notes of hay, grain and hops. Hoppy finish.
