Bottle. Brown color with a large creamy good lacing off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. A rather good, and refreshing, dunkel.

A deep red beer with a good head. The aroma is slightly fruity and sweet with notes of brewmash. The flavor is of brewmash, sweetness, and slightly sour. A little thin.

(Bottle 50 cl) Dark brown but far from black, with a lovely big and brownish head. Very malty and roasted, but not ashy dry - more caramelish and sweet. Extremely high gravity - you would expect this to be stronger than it actually is. 081000

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep cobber and brown with a light tan head. Mild spiced and breadish aroma. Light sweet initial encounter and light metallic. Mild spiced, roasted malty and sligt acidic flavour. Holds a nice balance to the roasted malt towards the finish.

Pale brown. malty, nutty, full flavoured and superbly balanced. The best dunkel I’ve tried.

Bottled (thanks DerDoppelbock). Amberish brown colour with small beige head. Aroma is sweet malts, along with some fudge and fruits Flavour is roasted malts, some sweet candyish notes as well as a caramelly note in the background.

Sweet aroma of malts and caramel with notes of hay.
Sweet flavour of malts and caramel with notes of hay, grain and hops.
Hoppy finish.

Bottle. Mild, roasted aroma. Clear brown colour, stable head. Flavour is mildly roasted with a little coffee and some horse flavour.

Clear deep amber with medium off white head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt, caramel and floral hops. Sweet flavour with toasted malt and cardboard notes. Ends sweet.
