4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 17/20
Cloudy dark brown color, medium sized tan head. Smokey! Didn’t expect that. So, aroma is roasted malt, banana, oak, bacon, wheat. Oily texture. Thin body, average carbonation. Probably the best Dunkelweizen I’ve had so far.

Head is huge, creamy, off-white with thick and crusty lacing and is fully lasting. Color is clear dark brown. Flavor starts slightly sweet and lighlty to moderately acidic, then finishes faintly sweet and lightly acidic and bitter. Palate is on the fuller side of medium, slick, with a lively carbonation. Nice light and spicy Dunkelweizen with everything in its place.
