On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy, orange-gold colored body with a two inch thick, dense, creamy and foamy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing throughout. Aroma is big banana with a nice malt sweetness. Some wheats, a light clove, a soft yeast note, and a few citrus hints. Flavor is similar. Lightly sweetened malts with a nice wheat note, smooth banana, a light clove spice with some phenols, soft yeast notes, and a light orange peel citrus towards the end. Finishes clean, lightly sweetened, fruity, and lightly spiced before leaving a fairly lengthy aftertaste. Medium, smooth body and a soft, somewhat lively, medium-high carbonation. Overall, a really nice German Hefe. Lightly sweetened and more towards the banana esters, but still some phenols and a light yeasty spice to provide a solid balance. Good one.

Aroma fruttato (banana, pera), di bubblegum. Nel bicchiere si presenta classicamente torbida con quel bel cappello di schiuma che ti mette di buon umore. Al palato corposa, densa fruttata. Finale aromatico. Decisamente equilibrata, forse un pò meno piena della Ayinger Weiss ma ugualmente buona e beverina.

Hazy golden yellow color with a large white head. Aroma is banana, citrus, and hop. Flavor is banana, citrus, wheat and yeast. Moderate sweet and a bit bitter with a average to long duration. Would be a perfect summerbeer.

Pours hazy orange with a nice white head. Nice banana, wheaty aroma with some notes of yeast. Flavour is sweet, fruity bananas with a nice hint of bitterness. Very refreshing, a great Hefe!

Bottle 0,50L. Cloudy orange colour with average big creamy white head. Strong aroma of banana and chewing gum dominates, but there are also some white bread, herbs and citruses signs. Taste is light sweet with moderate bitter aftertaste. Full bodied, creamy beer with soft carbonation. Somehow light and easy to drink, not heavy as some hefeweizens are. Very well balanced.

appearance: Light yellow, bit hazy, good firm foamy top. smell: The usual white bear smell, banana, bread-like, but weak in smell. taste: Like the smell suggest a bit of a weak, yet refreshing, flavor. It’s almost like a light beer. Bit of bread and banana, with a tad of citrus freshness. mouthfeel: Fresh and light. Quite some carbonation going on. overall: It’s a nice bear, but nothing really special. Just a nice refreshing summer white bear, but i know quite a few better ones.

Cloudy yellow with a good white head. Aroma is wheat and yeast. In mouth it feels like a young weizen. In mouth more wheat and yeast. It’s like drinking a really nice weizen in the brewery. Carbonation is perfect.

500ml bottle. pours a bright, golden, cloudy yellow. aroma is very strongly of citrus fruits and hops. floral too. taste is full on wheat with lemons and slightly flowery. taste lasts and is not over-carbonated. very nice.
