COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Burnish gold hue with a persistent, rocky white head. Floral, spicy aroma redolent of lilacs, white pepper and Bartlett pears with undertones of blueberry honey and roses. A pleasant balance of crisp bitterness with a clean malt profile adorned spicy, herbal hop flavors lasting into a dry refreshing finish.

Good lacing and light retention. Smells of grass, honey and dry malt. Tastes of grass, malt and very light blueberries. Medium bitter finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Beer Revolution YEG. Deep golden-brownish colour with a thinly beaded whtie head. Aroma is caramel malts, fruity notes of apples and pears. Taste has caramel and fruity notes, just a bit of late hops. Caramel in the aftertaste. Regular mouthfeel. A bit disappointing, not enough hops here and a bit too fruity, more of an amber ale to me.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark orange amber color with a huge fluffy orange- white head that lingered foreverand left great lacing. The aroma was fruity, citric and a bit tropical. The flavor was bitter and tangy with sour caramel, tobacco, pine and citrus. An odd presence underneath. Long finish. Medium body. Ok.

On tap at Taproom on 19th. Pours a hazy orange with medium frothy off white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is toasted malt and caramel. Medium mouth, bitter hop bite, caramel, resin finish, very good.

Tasted on tap at Whole Foods. It poured a clear, dark, copperish amber hue with a thick light tan head and spotty lacing. Very subtle malt and hop aroma. Malt over hops on the buds. A nice little number to try on this Craft Beer Week! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is big candied fruit and sweet syrupy malt. Taste isn’t far off from that. Lots of big maltiness and very little hops. Super sweet and almost has a brown sugar taste. I was thinking this one would have been a lot more floral and hop forward but I was definitely wrong.

12oz bottle pours with a clear copper body that supports a dirty white head. The aroma offers up earthy herbal hops, a sliver of sweetened citrus and then a spiced sort of apple sensation. The taste starts with bitter pine and then pineapple hops rolling quickly into malt sweetened citrus. In the background bubbles plenty of lightly roasted malts, some biscuit malts and a dash of caramel malts. A little bitter and malty and lacking in balance.

(bottle - 12 oz) Copper pour with a thick white head. More caramel and sweet malts in the aroma than hops. Some subtle notes at the end however. Flavor is malty and lightly fruity with the barest hint of hop bitterness. Not overpowering but enough of a hop presence to balance it out.

12 oz bottle- Pours golden with a huge off white head and lots of carbonation bubbles. Aroma is minerals, caramel malts, floral, light and fruity. The taste earthy hops, medium solid bitterness, not a fan of the malt they used, caramel and dirty. Not a very good IPA.

Pours a lightly hazy rust orange. Has a faint malt and light fruit aroma. A strong malt and caramel taste with some fruits. A lingering bitter malt and extra sweet and dry caramel aftertaste.
