12 oz. bottle. Pours a shade below black with a medium sized tan head. The aroma has everything a good oatmeal stout needs: moderately sweet, roasted malt, light coffee, and chocolate. The flavor which is presented on a creamy smooth palate is more roasted malts, dark chocolate, light coffee, and a small amount of hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied and quite sessionable.

shared with stumac .. nice medium roast .. light in the mouth ... average sweetness for a sweet stout .. an easy drinking brew that maybe is abit to dumbed down .. if you like sweet stouts this could be a good session .. "isn’t there an ’o’ in country" ...

Bottle. black pour with a nice tan head. Aroma hits with coffee, roasted malt, chocolate and a surprising smoky note. Flavor is very full and has some great roasted malt, light coffee, chocolate, some hop bitterness and a bit of the smoke that I detected on the nose makes its way to the tongue. Very interesting beer and very good.

Excellent stout, light black color as just a touch of light was allowed through, brown head with a great sticky lacing around the glass, nose full of chocolate, bread, coffee & a little yeast, medium in body, very drinkable & very smooth, rich flavors with notes of expresso, light chocolate & a touch of bitter hops, deep & rich finish with more notes of chocolate & burnt malt, great mouthfeel, a really enjoyable stout

22oz bottle, and I thought they only bottled in 12s. Darkest brown pour with a minimal beige head. Sweet nose with some coffee presence. Sweet malt flavor with a coffee finish. Had this one before and have never been disappointed.
