Dark black color with a medium brown head that mostly dissipates. Sweet roasted malt and bitter aroma. Lots of roasted malt, medium coffee, and light bittering.

Bomber poured a nearly opaque black with a lasting brown head. Aromas of coffee, hint of bakers cocoa and a bit of licorice. Palate was medium bodied and crisp [for a stout]. Flavors of coffee, bakers cocoa and roasted malt with a crisp lingering bittersweet finish.

Not bad, but a little dissapointing. The taste is nice and tart, but the aftertase lacks a little something I can’t put my tongue one. Don’t pass up this beer without trying it, but, I’d rather drink an Ale and eat a bowl of oatmeal instead.

Black in colour with slightly lower than average carbonation. Very nice milk chocolate aroma, along with secondary notes of coffee. More of the chocolate and coffee thing in the mouth, along with some nice dark crystal malt notes and a touch of oatmeal sweetnes... although everything was a bit more muted than anticipated. Only medium bodied, which again, was a bit of a surprise. A solid beer, but not in the same class as some other stouts that I’ve tried.

Black with a brown head, nice roasty aroma. Good roasty malty flavour with a salty and slightly dry finish.

From Draft. Dark black, opaque pour with a medium roasted marshmellow head. Light aroma of roasted oatmeal and milk chocolate with a nutty almond coffee scent as well. Creamy texture, with more of the roasted oats dominating from the sip to the final smack. Some oaky woodiness leaves a leathery feel on the palate.

Pours black with a surprisingly dark one-finger head. Wonderful chocolate and coffee aroma. Light oatmeal and a very slight hop presence. Roasted malt and milk chocolate dominate the flavor. Ends on a lightly hoppy note, with a sweet, nutty finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Very good.

Black with lingering dark tan head. Taste is rich, smooth, and a bit sweet. Slight hoppiness underneath the sweet stout taste. Not terribly bitter, but rather easy to drink.
