3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from AmmersinO, Vienna. Pitch black body, with a medium, creamy, tan head, that dissipates quickly. Aroma of coffee, milk chocolate, hazelnut, dark fruits. Tastes of coffe, dark chocolate, dark fruits, some smoky wood. Mouthfeel is medium, creamy, with a lively carbonation and it finishes smooth, roasty, bitter, wooden. Very good, easy to drink, with nice distinct chocolate notes, but overall maybe a bit too "shy" in smell and taste.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Purchased at Binny’s in Chicago, IL: enjoyed at home after a hard workout on the first relatively nice spring evening while watching baseball. Appearance is pitch black, moderate thickness, with a nice dark tan head that laces to the glass. Aroma is light with mocha and oat notes, also rich chocolate. Taste also has a nice mocha characteristic, a little more chocolatey than other oatmeal stouts, and it’s pretty good. Also has a nice light bitterness. Pretty good one.

Flaska. Uzasna tmava, olejova farba. Pena hneda husta. Vona ako teple kakao, mlieko. Telo lahsie, vodovejsie. Chut jemne sladka, kavova, horuca cokolada. Dochut sladko-chmelova. Vyborne!

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Reviewed from notes.
The appearance had a dark brown/black body with a slightly creamy looking/tan head - slightly concaves a bit and leaves some nice lacing.
The smell had oatmeal up front, roasty coffee, slightly sweet burnt malt, dark chocolate.
The taste had an oatmeal flavoring and has a nice balance between sweet roasty/slightly burnt chocolate, I’m liking this, roasty aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, it sat at/about a light to medium, sessionable, carbonation seems spot on.
Overall, I tend to like stouts, but this one as an oatmeal stout is very good, holy crap, I’d have this one again in a heartbeat.
