Pours a golden straw color and holds a nice fluffy, white head. This ESB is a lighter, more golden color than the traditional copper color English ESB. The aroma is that of a traditional English ESB with distinct deep yeasty tones, but this one has a wave of floral, citrusy hops. I also get a slight fusel aroma since this ESB comes in at 6.8%. The taste is surprisingly maltier and more fruity than appears combined with bursts of citrus from the hops. It does have quite the lingering hoppy bite, which differs from a traditional ESB, but it isn’t overwhelming. This is a close relative of the traditional English ESB, and one of the best that I’ve ever drank.

Deep gold, hazy, off-white head. Aroma of grainy-sweet malt with a little caramel, spicy-herbal hop aroma with a little citrus in there. Flavor is biscuity and grainy with a little honey sweetness, followed by a soft herbal hop flavor, finishes with a moderate spicy hop bitterness.

Nice solid brew. Golden yellowish body with a head of thin wispy beige and the aroma has mild spiced hops, grapefruit and a mild caramelized biscuity malt. Well balanced and crisp, clean flavour.

It pours a hazy light amber orange with a small head that looks like off white styrofoam. The nose has a bit of caramel, a slight metallic note, slight floral notes, and a slight fruitiness. The flavor has a forward pine bitterness with lots of caramel, toast, maybe a slight touch of butterscotch, and a slight fruitiness. Medium body with soft carbonation leading to a dry finish. Really nice brew! -Fish!

Orange/gold with a bright white fluffy head and nice sticky lace. Biscuity malt aromas with a touch of citrus. Caramel and biscuity malt flavors, slight floral hops presence that grows to a cutting bitterness. Medium body, lively carbonation, sticky mouthfeel and a crisp finish. ,

Very nice malty aromas consisting of caramel, toasted malt and herbs. Flavors were good but not as strong as the aromas and were a bit more hoppy. Pours a beautiful amber color with a relatively small white head that left some lacing. Mouthfeel was a bit thin with a moderatly bitter finish. Overall an excellent and hoppy ESB.
