The brewers of Anderson Valley had to conjure the High Priestess of Fermentation to help them formulate and create this rare hand-crafted elixer. It is luxuriant, smooth, more that a little wild, and at 10% alcohol, it's bound to raise your spirits. Open the Bottle and greet the High Priestess. You are worthy.

Bottle share at Leighton’s. Thanks to Fergus. Pale orange, lightly sparkling, pretty clear, small foamy white head. Aroma is biscuits, varnish, caramel, a bit meaty. Body is medium, slightly foamy, low carbonation. Taste is boozey up front, biscuits, buttery, dry. Too much booze up-front for my liking. But alright.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Fergus. Pours totally clear gold with a slight, foamy white head. The nose has so,e fusel notes, rich bread, rotting citrus, suggestions of butterscotch. Big sweet flavor with rich doughy malts, sugar, slight yeast, alcohol, hints of butterscotch. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sugary finish, a little boozy, with lots of doughy wheat bread. So so.

A nice Belgian trippel. Has some floaters and a ton of carbonation. Not overly fruity in taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, thin white head. Aroma is quite spicy, some alcohol, ripe fruits, candy and malty. Flavor is malty sweet with a strong alcohol burn, spicy and somewhat cheap. Not the best tripel.
