COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The brewers of Anderson Valley had to conjure the High Priestess of Fermentation to help them formulate and create this rare hand-crafted elixer. It is luxuriant, smooth, more that a little wild, and at 10% alcohol, it's bound to raise your spirits. Open the Bottle and greet the High Priestess. You are worthy.

Bottle. Deep orange-tinted golden with a very brief head that doesn’t even leave a ring. Nose is estery spice and caramel. Sweet and sticky body, with spicy yeast esters that mirror the nose. Simplistic, too sweet and cloying.

Notes from 10/15/11 review: A - Pours a hazy golden orange with a foamy off-white head with minimal lacing. S - Apricots, peaches, apple sauce, banana bread, oranges, spice, doughy yeast, slight phenolic plastic with a sweet pale malt backdrop. T - Spiced apples, sugary malt, heavy on the apricot, pureed peaches, sugary pale malt, spicy cherry alcohol on the finish. M - Firm medium body with low carbonation. This one is on the hot side. Lots of nice stone fruit along with a descent yeast strain but the alcohol tends to get in the way of everything. Serving type: bottle 10-17-2011

Slabe jak na ten styl belgijski. Orginaly sporo lepsze. Niewielka piana, male wysycenie, kompletny brak osadu drozdzowego i az 10% alk. To mi wyglada na kiepski polski strong lager niz na belgian Tripel. W smaku alkoholowe slodowe i za bardzo slodkawe. Zawiodlem sie po raz pierwszy na tym solarnym mikro browarem.

Mild fresh nose. Pale thin fast disappearing head. Golden color. Slightly sweet wine like malty mild hopped taste with some lemon notes. Some caramel too. Alcohol well hidden. Nice Tripel.
