COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The brewers of Anderson Valley had to conjure the High Priestess of Fermentation to help them formulate and create this rare hand-crafted elixer. It is luxuriant, smooth, more that a little wild, and at 10% alcohol, it's bound to raise your spirits. Open the Bottle and greet the High Priestess. You are worthy.

Pours Golden orange with a finger of head. Aroma of sweet caramel, pear, orange peel, and alcohol. Smooth medium body with a nice warmth from the barely detectable 10% of biz hiding in the background. Flavors of sweet caramel, apricot, lemon zest, and a slight acidity. Clean finish with a lingering of alcoholic warmth. Let this sucker warm up before it warms you up. A good triple but no where near as dry and light as I would like. Blue cheese likes this beer.

355ml bottle. Orange/gold pour. Aroma is white wine and tangy fruits. Flavor is surprisingly smooth for 10% and surprisingly tripel-like. Honey and citrus and some smooth nougaty caramel malt. Nice.

Fľaša. Tmavo zlatá farba, pena skoro žiadna. Vôňa ovocná, korenistá, alkoholová. Chuť ovocná, jemne karamelová, korenistá a samozrejme alkoholová. Alkohol dosť vyráža. Telo plnšie, suchá dochuť.

Bottle by Fajry, thanks. Aroma typical Belgian trippelly, spicy, light fruity. Clear deep golden colour with a spark. Taste is heavy, spicy, candy noticed. Classic. Good one. Rather hard drinking though.

This US Tripel is less hoppy than it’s traditional compatriotes from Europe - which is quite funny, seen the fact that the US brewers often tend to overhop their beers. But that’s not bad at all. You’ll get a full load of dried fruit, a high alcoholic warmth and a sticky finish as if you’d had a 12 years old Tawny Port. A rather hoppy european beer style interpreted by a US brewery - that might have been a overhopped bitter-bomb. But no, this brew is smooth, warming and even on the sweeter side for a Tripel. Very enjoyable!

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear medium amber color with a white 2" head, strips of lace. Good aroma of malt and hops. Taste is sweet malt that adds full-bodied hops on the swallow, both malt and hops drifting comfortably to a medium finish. Really deceptive for 10% abv, so beware! A tasty, hoppy Abbey Tripel.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a clear light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is big yeast, malt, boozy alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet with a rich yeast resin alcoholic bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

A tasty little beer brewing day morning treat. Velvety smooth looking liquid gold with a thin and effervescent white head. Tasty notes or wheat, basement, honey, caramel, black pepper, bubblegum, light booze grace the nostrils. Happily, the same flavours come out, some vinousness as well. Fuller bodied than expected with a slick, almost syrupy mouthfeel and mid light carbonation. A tasty brew.

Deze Amerikaanse tripel heeft een heerlijk rijke smaak, zure ondertoon, maar ook fruitig. Amper schuim, dat is jammer. Wel zeer aan te raden.
