A good serviceable and very drinkable porter. I finished a bomber myself. Its balanced smooth and understated roasty and coffee and chocolate malt.

Bomber poured a clear dark reddish brown with a large lasting tan head. Aromas of coffee, dark chocolate and a hint of licorice. Palate was medium to light bodied and smooth. Flavors of watery chocolate, light coffee and a hint of vanilla with a smooth lightly roasty finish.

Poured a deep watery black from the bomber with sparse off white head. Smells sweet, like brown sugar and roasted malt. Initial taste is malty, not a heavy roast flavor either. Toffee and cherry flavors are flat. This beer goes down easy... a little too easy. A little watery and light taste. Not bad though/

22oz Bottle: Smells of chocolate, smoke, a little black cherry, and some toffee. Smells sweet and bitter. Hard to discern hop or malt aroma. Smells good. Poured dark brown and opaque. Can’t see if it is sparkling or not. Huge rocky head that starts brown and ends beige. Head tastes of cream, dark choclate, and smoke. Head is dry and has a dark chotlate finish. Flavor is of dark chocolate, with cream. Also roast and smoke flavors. Moderatly sweet and bitter. Very well balanced. Medium and body. Texture is sticky and dry. Average carbonation. Long sweet dry finish that tastes like dark chocolate. Overall, a very nice Porter.

Bottle sampled with Stegosaurus. Pours brown with a tan head. Aroma of roast, chocolate, and citrus. Flavor is roasted and chocolate malts, with a harsh bitterness to it. Good beer.

22oz bomber pours very dark brown with a huge fluffy tan head that stays very well and laces the sides of the glass. They could probably stand to tone the head down a little on this one. took a long time to get this poured in an English pint. Aromas of chocolate, coffee, and some light citrus hops. Flavors of milk chocolate, light coffee, some nuts, and a lingering chocolate aftertaste blended with some orange citrus hops. Medium bodied and pretty creamy on the palate. A very drinkable porter.

"STOP becarful on the pour the head on this one is crazy. Poured a dark brown and the head was awful way to big even on a gentle pour. Aroma was of coffee some roated chocolate. Flavor was the same and was nutty. Okay beer. "

Poured a dark brown color with some red edges and an annoying large and fluffy enormous head. I mean, really. C’mon, I literally filled my pint glass with 1cm of beer and the rest of bubbly head. The head was so large it looked kinda phoney and overly done. The aroma was coffee, chocolate, some roastedness. The flavor was all of that with some cherry and nut type flavors. Mouthfeel was moderate, not overly thick. Decent, not great.
