With a brilliant, deep copper hue and creamy beige-colored head, our Fall Hornin’ Pumpkin Ale has inviting aromas of caramelized malt and baking bread with highlights of cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin and seasonal spices. The pleasantly creamy mouthfeel and silky body embrace the sweet caramel flavors and tang of spices (with just a hint of hops) that ends in a smooth, round finish. Malts: Pale Two-Row, Maris Otter, Munich, Crystal 120L, Dark Chocolate, Pumpkin Puree Hops: Bravo

Can. Pours a very dark brown orange with a small rather quick dissipating java head. Nose is pumpkin with nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon, nice and balanced. Taste is not overdone, with a nice blend of the above spices. Not too sweet, well balanced. Finish is short with the spices tasted right to the ending. quaff score 8 / 10

From a 12 oz can courtesy of Kermis. Pours a clear amber with a thick off white head. Light pumpkin pie spice in the nose. Pumpkin and pie spices dominate the flavor.

12oz can courtesy of Anndiesel. Deep filtered copper-amber body, big frothy off-white/beige head. Big pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice aroma. Medium to full bodied, as a little more malt depth than a typical pumpkin beer., but at the same time the filtration kind of hollows out the body, leaving it a little empty. Has a little bit of a tinny residue...can’s aren’t really that great of a thing for beer. OK.

Pours deep red to brown, small off white head. Smell great allspice, cinnamon, and vanilla. Taste sweet cinnamon, bit of gourde on the tail, almost peppery like spice. Medium body, spicy. Ok

Bottle. Ginger, pumpkin malt, cinnamon, and a little faint chocolate aroma. Chestnut with a huge creamy beige head. Toasty caramel malt, heavy cinnamon, and ginger flavor with an herbal bitter finish. Just another heavily spiced pumpkin ale.

I'm a big fan of the pumpkins and have developed a pallet for discernment. The Fall Hornin' is a little spicier than the rest, and I'm ok with that. - AY

Pours darker than expected, especially with the think offwhite head. It is pretty smooth, medium bodied. Pumpkin taste with the spices that linger. I enjoyed the first half of it, but towards the end it was enough. Not only did I not really want another one, but I was really ready to just move to a different beer. Probably a decent pumpkin ale, but maybe I am just not going to be a fan of these.
