With a brilliant, deep copper hue and creamy beige-colored head, our Fall Horniní Pumpkin Ale has inviting aromas of caramelized malt and baking bread with highlights of cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin and seasonal spices. The pleasantly creamy mouthfeel and silky body embrace the sweet caramel flavors and tang of spices (with just a hint of hops) that ends in a smooth, round finish. Malts: Pale Two-Row, Maris Otter, Munich, Crystal 120L, Dark Chocolate, Pumpkin Puree Hops: Bravo

Deep dark copper body, medium beige head. Aroma of spicies, cinamon, clove, nutmeg, light pumpkin notes and other spicies. The pumpkin is stronger in the flavour, cinamon is the dominant spice, some clove and nutmeg. Medium spicy and bitter finish. Medium body and carbo. Quite good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Fairly bitter with some pumpkin flavor and some pumpkin pie spice. A bit thin. Could be more full bodied for the amount of spice.

Aroma of lots of cinamon, cloves and malts. Pretty dark colour. Flavours include cinamon, cloves, nuts, maple and a bit of hop. A bit dry and roasty malts wich adds a little hint of dark chocolate and coffee in the bitterness and dryness. At first i seems like a helloweenish simple ale, but it is actually pretty good for what it is.

Pours a frothy tan head. Body is full a large bubbles and brown colored. Reminds me of freshly poured root beer. Typical aroma of a pumpkin pie. Flavors of clove, allspice and some cinnamon. Bitterness lingers on palate. Thin to average body.

Can from TJís. Rich caramel & spice aromas matched in the flavor. Itís a good Pumpkin beer, but Pumpkin beers are kindaí odd.

Roasted caramelized pumpking since some nutmeg and clove in the aroma; nice deep amber-brown color with frothy beige head; nice caramelized pumpkin maltiness up front that moves quickly to a d dry spicy finish with a bit of hop bitterness, the spices are balanced and not overwhelming and therefore a nice characteristic, but donít dominate; medium body, average mouthfeel; Anderson Valley seems to be overlooked and underrated these days, but their beers are typically quite good; that being said, I was hoping for more from this beer, but was unfortunately disappointed (I donít like the hoppiness in the finish as it seems incongruous with the spice blend used); actually, this beer seems to improve as it warms, so Iím liking it more and more and starting to think that the Bravo hop flavors (earthy spice and herb, fruity and floral) actually work well in this Pumpkin Ale...

355ml bottle shared at home. Dark brown with a small tan head. Medium body with low to moderate carbonation. Herbal bitterness with some sweet tones. Spices, caramel, raisins, malts and herbs. A nice herbal seasonal.
