COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With a brilliant, deep copper hue and creamy beige-colored head, our Fall Hornin’ Pumpkin Ale has inviting aromas of caramelized malt and baking bread with highlights of cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin and seasonal spices. The pleasantly creamy mouthfeel and silky body embrace the sweet caramel flavors and tang of spices (with just a hint of hops) that ends in a smooth, round finish. Malts: Pale Two-Row, Maris Otter, Munich, Crystal 120L, Dark Chocolate, Pumpkin Puree Hops: Bravo

12oz. bottle Pours a hazy brownish copper colar with a thin light tan head that leaves spotty lacing. smells of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, pie crust and pumpkin. Tastes of all the same things in the smell but a burnt pie crust flavor is there as well I’m assuming from the dark chocolate used. Mouthfeel is creamy and silky with medium carbonation. Pretty good Pumpkin ale all around. They did a very good job on making me imagine eating pumpkin pie.

Barwa i piana: barwa głęboko czerwona / miedziana, lekko zamglona. Smak: dosyć słodki i słodowy (chleb, biszkopty, melanoidyny, karmel) z lekkim posmakiem dyni, pomarańczy oraz przypraw (goździki, cynamon) i akcentem miodowym. Goryczka i odczucie w ustach: niska i delikatna goryczka, choć dość długi przyprawowy finisz. Średnia pełnia, niskie do umiarkowanego wysycenie i lekko szorstki odczucie w ustach połączone z niewielka nutą alkoholową. Kolejne piwo dyniowe, właściwie jedynie z nazwy.

12oz bottle. Poured a clear copper color with a large, foamy white head. Aroma was plenty of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, light gourd notes. Flavor was okay malty notes, light pumpkin pie character.

Attractive dark red body and stable head. Light spice, nutty malts, bit of toffee and caramel. Taste is more straightforward and soft sweet. Nice low carbonation. It’s okay but I expected more, especially for a holiday beer. (Bottle from Saveur Bière)

12 oz. can poured to a goblet, displaying a clear, brownish amber color, with a presentable layer of tan, frothy head foam, and etched-like lacing. The nose was lightly toasted, with some caramel sweetness, and subtle, but aromatic pie spices. Pumpkin seemed somewhat indistinguishable, but I’m sure added to the toastiness, and assisted the malt in showing some texture & creaminess to the mouthfeel. Medium bodied, with lively carbonation, a dry and earthy hop bitterness combined with the spices, showed a bit more cinnamon & clove, and lingered together into the finish, along with some spiced tartness. The distinct dryness was a nice diversity from most pumpkin brews.

Copper-ambaer colour, with a big head and big lace that never seem to vanish. Smell of fruits and spices, smoked, pepper, cardamom. Medium to light body, soft palate. Taste of cardamom, smoked touch, pepper, fruits, caramel.
