3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours darker than expected, especially with the think offwhite head. It is pretty smooth, medium bodied. Pumpkin taste with the spices that linger. I enjoyed the first half of it, but towards the end it was enough. Not only did I not really want another one, but I was really ready to just move to a different beer. Probably a decent pumpkin ale, but maybe I am just not going to be a fan of these.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ Tustin Brewing. Dark amber pour with khaki foam. Nose is the typical nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, all spice, etc. Toasted bread and caramel. Sort of grassy, though. Maybe some thyme? Flavor has a weird spice and herbal bitterness. Chalky. Sweet caramel malts and toasted cereal grains. Lots of ginger and nutmeg.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Solid pumpkin, but I am partial to this style. Nothing detracts here. Nothing overly exceptional, either, but thatís OK. Good spice notes. Recommended.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice caramel pumpkin aroma. Aperance is ugly looks like flat coke. Taste is pretty good. Spice and caramel very seasonal. Palate is sticky and flat. Not bad for winter. Great aroma

Draught at The Hop and Hound, Bothell, WA
Dark amber color with thick head. Moderate spicy aroma, stronger spicy flavor; caramel flavor too, mostly dry, lightly fruity.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz. bottle purchased at Julioís Liquors. Very dark amber with full lasting white head. Aroma is the standard nuance of nutmeg, caramel, nutmeg and earthy malts. Maybe a tone of English malts.
I would call this more a fall brew rather then a pumpkin brew, not much in the flavor of real pumpkin. All along the spice and dirty/ earthy malt tones. Most of the flavor is nutmeg and cinnamon. Nothing makes me want to purchase this again. I donít see anything that makes it sand above any other in the style.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour is a dark cola brown with a small tan head. Aroma is a nice spice with nutmeg and cinnamon. Flavor is more of a toffee malt with some earth and the spice is minor and kinda gets in the way of the heavy malt used. Kinda like a spiced brown ale. Itís ok if you donít really like a heavily spice beer but still want something for fall this would be for you.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
16 ounce pint - $6.50 at Taco Mac in Crabapple, Georgia.
Appearance: Displays an obscured, medium brown body with a slim, scant, ivory-hued head leaving a light lace.
Smell: Slightly vegetal pumpkin tone, some ineffusive malt notes of cold toast and ashen roast with a dusting of earthy spices.
Taste: Sugar-encrusted pumpkin stands atop toasty, lightly roasty malts and a liberal dosage of Autumntime spices, chiefly cinnamon and nutmeg. The initial pumpkin flavor quickly dissipates and vanishes from the taste. Minimally herbal hops with a light bitterness. Dry, spicy, thinning finish with the sustained toasty, roasty malts.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Far less than exemplary, barely average really, with little to support a return visitation. Nowadays, there are innumerable better pumpkin beers.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. This isnít as rich as Pumpking or DFHís takes, but it isnít the standard flavorless effort. A lot of spices here. Seems like more cinnamon than most others. Of course you canít taste actual pumpkin. Not as decadent as Pumpking. Not sweet (a good thing). Would have liked a little more heft, but itís not supposed to be imperial.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a darker amber color almost copperish with off-white head. Pumpkin pie spicing is most prevalent on the nose, a little caramel malt as well; follows onto the palate. Finishes with just a bit more sweetness than I would like in this style.
