COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Robust. Brewed with a “heelch” (that means “a lot” in Boontling) of Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops, our double IPA has a palate pleasing bitterness that is artfully balanced with a full-bodied malt foundation. With a deep color of polished brass and a nose that sings of pink grapefruit and redwood needles, the rich biscuit-like malt flavors are intertwined with hints of vanilla, mangoes, and peppercorns leading to a deep, warming finish.

MALTS:
Pale Two-Row, Victory

HOPS:
Columbus, Chinook, Cascade

330mL bottle. Pours a clear golden hue with a small white head. Aroma of citrus and resinous pine with an amazing flavour mainly dominated by resinous pine however it is very complex. he slight sweetness of the biscuit malt balances the massive resinous bitterness.

12 oz bottle. Cant find a date. Pours a relatively light pale gold, slightly unfiltered, nice head. Smell is an in-your face fury of citrus, passion fruit, and sour candy. The flavor is classic c-hops. It has a ncie floral character, citrus zest, and a pinecone finish. Dry and very bitter finish.

Citrus fruit, resin aroma. Grapefruit/tangerine and resinous hop flavor, with light caramel malt and moderate bitterness. Nice fruity aftertaste.

Poured from a 22 ounce bomber. Big dank hop nose, resinous, grassy, slight caramel maltiness. This is a bit too caramely for my tastes.

Hade hoppats på mer balans, sötma och käftsmälls humle. Lite lätt.för ABVn.

Bottle@homa. Hazy orange color with a lush, foamy head. Tangerine, mango, pine, honey, yeast, hints of coriander and vanilla, tons of hops. Honey sweet start, in a full body, plenty of carbs, and a dry, truly bitter, lasting finish. Excellent. One of these everyday please.

Bottle - Bought Aug 2013; BBE undated; Drank Oct 2013 - Deep Gold in colour. Very Hoppy; piney resinous and spicy (peppery) hops. Very Fruity; grapefruit and tangerine citrus, hints of tropical fruit. Malty backbone; biscuity malts, caramel. Nice hop/fruit/malt balance, particularly considering high IBUs. Bitter hoppy citrus fruity throughout; nice bitterness; not extreme. Decent DIPA!
