Robust. Brewed with a “heelch” (that means “a lot” in Boontling) of Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops, our double IPA has a palate pleasing bitterness that is artfully balanced with a full-bodied malt foundation. With a deep color of polished brass and a nose that sings of pink grapefruit and redwood needles, the rich biscuit-like malt flavors are intertwined with hints of vanilla, mangoes, and peppercorns leading to a deep, warming finish.

Pours from 12 oz bottle a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite resinous hop-heavy, with lots of sweet caramel malt back. Flavour of herbal hops, tropical floral notes, citrus fruit, caramel, toasted grains, sweet malt, and wet field grass. Overall decent DIPA, would drink again, but not super memorable. Would recommend.

355ml bottle. Quite clear, golden amber, fine fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet, tropical fruit, biscuits and freshly baked bun. The flavor rolls around in your mouth, good balance of hops and full malt body. Many sweet flavors, hard caramel candies, peach, pineapple, spices, maple syrup and more for each sip. Very good this !!

Bottle@Konttori, Tampere, Finland. Medium aroma with a bit artificial sweet notes of fruits like mango. Golden orange color with small/medium white head. Hazy liquid. Medium/strong smooth taste with bit artificial tropical fruits and high/medium hops. Medium taste spectrum and long hoppy and dry fruity aftertaste. Medium palate with medium/light carbonation. Overall tasteful, high quality but a bit artificial product.

355 ml bottle @ Olutravintola Konttori. No freshness info.
Pours hazy golden color with a large head. Lots of sweet tropical fruits on the nose, resinous hops, dinner malty notes and a fair amount of pine. Some alcohol on the background. Sweet fruity flavor, resinous and oily hops, lots of grapefruits, some caramel and gooseberries. Quite heavy and bitter fruity palate. Alcohol not that forward on the flavor, making this quite deceptive too drink. Maybe a bit too sweet but still good.

Pours a deep golden-copper. Aroma has some floral and some fruit elements. Flavor is strongly bitter hops, with a lot of sweetness. Not my favorite approach to a double IPA--I’d rather have more citrus and less of the biscuity sweetness.
