COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Robust. Brewed with a “heelch” (that means “a lot” in Boontling) of Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops, our double IPA has a palate pleasing bitterness that is artfully balanced with a full-bodied malt foundation. With a deep color of polished brass and a nose that sings of pink grapefruit and redwood needles, the rich biscuit-like malt flavors are intertwined with hints of vanilla, mangoes, and peppercorns leading to a deep, warming finish.

MALTS:
Pale Two-Row, Victory

HOPS:
Columbus, Chinook, Cascade

Bottle - hazy light amber colour with large white frothy head, good lacing. Aroma of hoppy citrus orange with underlying maltiness. Full bodied - very nice, liking it, hoppy but nicely balanced. Nice mouthfeel, long hoppy then bitter finish. Excellent.

Very hazy gold - amber beer with a small pale cream coloured head. Palate is slightly soft with fine minerally carbonation. Smooth creamy malt with light toffee and lactose. Nice hops - sweetish pine and a little grass. Touch of tropical fruits and lemon. Light smooth finish. Very drinkable!

Bouteille 33cl.

Sample from bottle at the Cardinal stand at Nærbø, Ølfestivalen 2013. Misty golden body with a tanned film. Floral, light malts nose. Full bodied, heavily carbonated and pungent hops juice suitably bitter and leaving the tongue dry.

Bomber into a snifter. Cloudy golden amber with a thick white head; very nice lacing. Aroma is heavier on the malt side than hops. Caramel malt and biscuit with resinous pine; some fruit (peach, perhaps). Taste follows the nose - pleasant sweetness with a moderately bitter finish. Nice and juicy. Medium body, soft carbonation. A fine DIPA, but a bit on the malty-side.

Slightly hazy light golden colour body. Head is white with good retention. Aroma is hops, grassy, fruity. Taste is bitter, the alcohol is present. Some fruit sweetness. Goes down pretty smoothly.

verrrry cloudy light golden beer that looks like a hefe in the glass. Solid 1.5 inch topper surprises in a near 9 percent brew and laces fantasitically. I get mostly sweet malt, perfume and pepper in the nose. Creamy mouthfeel and very bitter sweet.

Bottle at home. Pours clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is peachy hops, citrus, malt and sweet resin. The flavor sweet fruity hoppy with malty notes. Classic DIPA. Very nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Flaska från Jerntorgets Brygghus. Fin arom och fin färg, men inte riktigt sen där humlebomben. Saknar en del beska . ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
