COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Robust. Brewed with a “heelch” (that means “a lot” in Boontling) of Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops, our double IPA has a palate pleasing bitterness that is artfully balanced with a full-bodied malt foundation. With a deep color of polished brass and a nose that sings of pink grapefruit and redwood needles, the rich biscuit-like malt flavors are intertwined with hints of vanilla, mangoes, and peppercorns leading to a deep, warming finish.

MALTS:
Pale Two-Row, Victory

HOPS:
Columbus, Chinook, Cascade

Orange pour, big fluffy eggshell white head. Orange, zest, biscuit, tropical fruits, resin, toffee nose. Flavour follows the nose. Soft, big body, lots of grapefruit bitterness in the finish. Lovely.

Wow this is one of my new favourite beers. Aroma is amazing, nice fruity tropical smells with an initial botterness which is finished with a beautiful malty mouth burst. This is truly a classic Imperial IPA!

355 ml bottle, thanks Timo A. Pours a copper colour with a thick head. Aroma of strong herbal and grassy hops, citrus and hay. Flavour of strong grassy hops, herbs, biscuit, mild citrus, hay and mild licorice notes. Medium bodied, thick mouthfeel and a long, lingering bitter, grassy finish. Refreshing and has a nice herbal hop profile. Enjoyable.

Hazy orange from bottle to glass. Light head that disappeared quickly. Full bodied and hippy. Maybe a little light for a double IPA but very good balance.

12 oz bottle - pours hazy orange, gold with nice big, lasting, white head. Fluffy. Aromas of orange, malt, biscuit, and citrus. Taste is mildly fruity, more malts and yeast, with nice bitter finish. Spice and bite. Medium-full bodied. Good brew. Deceptively smooth at high ABV.

Great beer! Good bodied DIPA with a good combination between malty sweetness and fruity hops. Thumbs up!

Tap. Pours clear amber, small creamy tan j head, nice lacing. Aroma is pine, resin. Flavor about the same. Quite one dimensional. Light sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body, oily.

Bottle. Copper clear. Caramel nose with pines, some citrus, and earthy-woody hoppyness. Body is full, soft smooth, pleasant. Caramel again, more citrus than on nose, pines in finish. Easily drunk, nice, soft, clean DIPA.

Flaske: Orangegul let diset øl med et flot skumhoved. Duft af fyrretræ og citrus men ikke så gennemtrængende. Fin bitterhed til at bakke den humlede og lækre smag op med.
