COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Robust. Brewed with a “heelch” (that means “a lot” in Boontling) of Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops, our double IPA has a palate pleasing bitterness that is artfully balanced with a full-bodied malt foundation. With a deep color of polished brass and a nose that sings of pink grapefruit and redwood needles, the rich biscuit-like malt flavors are intertwined with hints of vanilla, mangoes, and peppercorns leading to a deep, warming finish.

MALTS:
Pale Two-Row, Victory

HOPS:
Columbus, Chinook, Cascade

Poured from 22oz bomber, pours a hazy golden orange with a bubbly white head and spotty lacing, aroma is of slight hops with a little bit of citrus. The flavor has a bitter front end with a sweeter finish, was hoping for a bit more brightness and citrus from the hops, kind of meh.

21-OCT-2015, bottle @home, from Fish & Beer. Slightly hazy golden with lasting, creamy, lacing, white head. Grape fruit and pine. Very bitter, fruit, candy. Very sweet. Full, sweet body. Very nice though on the sweet side but hey I like sweet.
