Robust. Brewed with a “heelch” (that means “a lot” in Boontling) of Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops, our double IPA has a palate pleasing bitterness that is artfully balanced with a full-bodied malt foundation. With a deep color of polished brass and a nose that sings of pink grapefruit and redwood needles, the rich biscuit-like malt flavors are intertwined with hints of vanilla, mangoes, and peppercorns leading to a deep, warming finish.

Alla spina all’IBF.

Botella 350 ml.

12 ounce bottle poured into a brandy snifter. Pours a hazed copper with a beige head of foam. The aroma has notes of pine and earth. The taste is mellow fruit and wood. Mild bitterness. More subdued than I would expect. Sticky mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

12oz bottle - It really wouldn’t surprise me to find out that this is a reproduction of their 20th Anniversary IIPA because it had many similarities. A balanced approach to the aroma and palate was well served. Aroma of orange juice with pine needles. Flavor of grapefruits with white sugar...bitter but sweet enough not to be harsh.

On tap at Flying Saucer. Any other flavors are overpowered by booziness. Harsh. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
