Robust. Brewed with a “heelch” (that means “a lot” in Boontling) of Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops, our double IPA has a palate pleasing bitterness that is artfully balanced with a full-bodied malt foundation. With a deep color of polished brass and a nose that sings of pink grapefruit and redwood needles, the rich biscuit-like malt flavors are intertwined with hints of vanilla, mangoes, and peppercorns leading to a deep, warming finish.

Okay. Nose is not really working right now so i may have to re-rate. Appearance is very euro. Almost urwiese. Taste is pretty dry but it does have fruit undertones. Mouth feel is substantial. Good effort.

Draft at Le Senk, brown color with creamy medium beige head. Aroma of grapefruit, some tropical fruit - mango maybe, light roasty, malty.Taste is little bit roasty, solid malty base, light sour and medium sweet, long hoppy bitter finish.Beer is balanced, but for me aroma of hops is missing

On tap @ Chuck’s 85th. Pours clear bright medium copper with thin off-white head. Aroma is mildly sweet caramel malt, floral and earthy hops. Taste is rather heavy caramel malt, light sweetness; dank earthy hops have a vegetal bitterness than lingers through the finish. All the right notes are here, just doesn’t quite meld well for me.

Copper color, nice thick head. Aroma of citrus hops with some biscuit hints. Solid flavour with malts straight ahead, and longer lasting bitterness. Nicely equilibrated double IPA.

Tap. Dark orange-brown with a fairly thick white head that dissipates well. Aromas of honey, caramel and malt, with some cookie-like spices in the background. Taste is bitter and hoppy throughout with a few sweet notes in the tail end. Great!!

Hazy orange pour with a nice tight white head. Malt, citrus and pine nose. Taste is slightly sweet, orange, caramel and a little booze, surprisingly low bitterness until the end. Dangerously drinkable

Bottled at Gustus, Motala Deep golden with a medium, white head. Hoppy, soapy, perfume-ish aroma. Rathe light body. Medium to high bitterness. Perfume-ish flavour too along with som light toffee and freshcut grass.
