COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The refreshing tartness in this divine, bright golden-colored ale gives way to earthy undertones and hints of citrus followed by a slight sea salt-like dryness and tangy, effervescent finish.

Can (12 oz). From Damon, thanks! Slightly hazy golden/orange with a medium diminishing white head and little lacing. Aroma is lightly tart, citrus notes, light salty notes, lemony presence and grains. Taste is soft/moderate tart with orange/lemon, light salty notes and apple vinegar notes. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Light salty finish. Very good Gose! A bit too tart for the style, but if make it so dangerously drinkable. Really nice balance!

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2014 12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/29/2014. Pours slightly hazy bright golden color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with solid retention, that reduces to ring of lacing that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of tart lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, pear, wheat, bread, coriander, sea salt, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of pale malt, sea salt/spice, and fruity yeast ester notes; with good strength. Taste of tart lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, pear, wheat, bread, coriander, sea salt, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of fruity tartness and salinity on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon zest, lime, green apple, white grape, pear, wheat, bread, coriander, sea salt, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity and robustness of pale malt, sea salt/spice, and fruity yeast ester flavors; with a great malt/tartness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and moderately acidic/saline mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is an excellent Gose style! All around great complexity and robustness of pale malt, sea salt/spice, and fruit yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Pours two fingers of head on a clear light straw colored body. The aroma is lemon zest, lemon and sea water. Good. The taste is super tart lemon without the bitterness, slightly salty, clean finish. The texture is crisp. Great sour flavor.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a hazy bright yellow color with a medium sized creamy white head that lingered and left very good lacing. The aroma was tangy, tart, citric and lactic. The flavor was tart and tangy with citric acid, salt and a lactic presence. Medium length finish with lingering citrus and salt. Medium body. Pleasant.

Had this at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Saturday 27th September 2014. Pours piss yellow with a touch of haze. Zippy and zappy sourness, not too salty but very refreshing, drying. Not much on the nose. Like it a lot. A6 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.7

It pours pale yellow with a medium, but fined head. It has a sour smell of lemon, salt, and citrus. It’s tangy and dry with initial salt flavors tinged with lemon and other citrus flavors and a salty sour finish.
