COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The refreshing tartness in this divine, bright golden-colored ale gives way to earthy undertones and hints of citrus followed by a slight sea salt-like dryness and tangy, effervescent finish.

Tasted on 7/15/14 from a 12oz can purchased at Greenís Buford. Pours clear, light orange with a thick white head that slowly recedes to thin lace. The nose is wheaty malt with some tart citrus peel and a touch of vinegar, almost briny. The flavor is even more tart than the nose suggested with a very clean wheat malt, a lactic touch, and a very dry salty finish. The body is medium with an almost creamy texture, lively, filling carbonation, and a long tart and salty finish. This is by far the saltiest Gose I have had to this point.

Salt, tart, and savory in excellent balance. The salt comes across more like a strong mineral white wine, rather than drowning in seawater. Very light acidity, fresh but nowhere near puckering. First sip is perhaps odd, easier drinking with each subsequent. Excellent body and mouthfeel for a light beer. Foamy white head started to fade, but the beer didnít stick around that long. Snifter glass, on tap at Kafe Belgie, Utrecht.

UPDATED: SEP 17, 2014 Can: The aroma consists of moderate musty sour lemon, light wheat, a touch citrus, and some mineral notes. It pours a transparent golden-orange with a two finger fizzy white head that quickly diminishes to a few stray bubbles around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts moderate sour lemon with some light citrus. There are some faint wheat flavors in the middle. The finish has more puckering lemon notes with a touch of mineral salt and hints of must. Itís light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, Iím really liking the canned Goses that are coming out. Hopefully Anderson Valley keeps this around because I can see myself drinking a lot of this.

Clear and straight with the focus on the sourness. It's soft and lightly carbonated. It sour at first and at the end. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The aroma is yeasty and sour and slightly metallic. The appearance is light yellow. The taste us like the aroma and the palate is thin. Overall flawed but good!

Appearance: very light gold, short fizzy head that quickly vanished to nothing. Aroma: green apples, lemon rind, hint of coriander and fruit loops. Taste: very tart and sour up front, quickly fading to a salivating rush of light crackery malts, lemongrass, coriander, white pepper, and hay. Finish: clean, slightly sweet, with just a hint of salty tartness. Notes: Great example of the style. Very tart/sour up front, but as it warms, that reverts to a more gentle, typical gose tartness. Finish was really good.

Draft @ beer temple. Nice example of a fine gose. Slightly sour, with a lively body. Taste of citrus fruit, with some subtle saltiness.

On tap at The Brass Tap Coral Springs. Pours a clear golden orange with a white head and tart aroma. Taste is salty and tart throughout with citrusy undertones leading to a dry, salty finish.

With Z and A at Brass Tap in Coral Springs, pours a very light golden color with no head. A very flat uninteresting nose outside of some grain.Taste is salty, and tart with a bit of grain and citrus. Very light ! Finish is salty and tart, and for the style very descent. quaff score 7 / 10

Canned 355ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Marko, thanks! Slight cloudy pale golden coloured, minimal white head, slight perfumed and light sourish nose. Not so pronounced sour and salty taste like in Westbrook Gose. Slight fruity and bready with mild sourish finish. Not bad.
