COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The refreshing tartness in this divine, bright golden-colored ale gives way to earthy undertones and hints of citrus followed by a slight sea salt-like dryness and tangy, effervescent finish.

Tasted on 7/15/14 from a 12oz can purchased at Green’s Buford. Pours clear, light orange with a thick white head that slowly recedes to thin lace. The nose is wheaty malt with some tart citrus peel and a touch of vinegar, almost briny. The flavor is even more tart than the nose suggested with a very clean wheat malt, a lactic touch, and a very dry salty finish. The body is medium with an almost creamy texture, lively, filling carbonation, and a long tart and salty finish. This is by far the saltiest Gose I have had to this point.

Drank from a pint glass, poured from a twelve ounce bottle, just wasn’t a big fan of this Gose.

July 26th, 2014 - The dark light of the bar does its best to challenge the vibrant yellow of Anderson Valley’s Kimmie Goze, but it is no match. Corners of bright yellow continue to shine through on the edges of the glass, and even through the light veil of foam. The aroma has a sour touch, with a light and crisp apple acidity, but also a low and slow caramel touch, accented with marshmallow for some special character. The flavor is more sour and acidic, more in touch with the essence of gose, but also sweetened with some cider and salty touches. I love this bifurcation of character, serving to pack a nice contrasting set of flavors in each tiny, vivacious sip.

This beer is delicious. Compared to the Blood Orange gose, I think it stands up well and may even be better. This beer is tart and sweet, really smooth, and not at all hard to drink. Perfect for a hot day.

Nice slight orange taste. A touch of tart sour. Clear medium yellow color. A bit of hops and malt combine in the end to even out the tart. Well done. tap.

Draught at the Ale arsenal in San Carlos. Tiny white lace. Lively golden beer with small clowdy Ness. Very intense acidity. Fresh but to one side.

Golden yellow, very slight haze, minimal head. Straw, funk, on the nose. Nice pepper on the tongue, tart apples, a fun beer

straight from the can, big citrus notes, citrus juice, dry, bitter peel, dry salty, not as good as the blood orange version that is also available at our place. but i could drink these cans all day on a hot summer day

Lattina.
