COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The refreshing tartness in this divine, bright golden-colored ale gives way to earthy undertones and hints of citrus followed by a slight sea salt-like dryness and tangy, effervescent finish.

Draft at Saraveza. Beige and hazy. It smells nutty wheaty good and salty sweet. The lively thirst quenching body enlivens and nourishes. It is hydrating and perfect, everything i look for in a gose. The underlying sweetness balances the salty fresh malt nom nom. Damn this is an impressive brew I could drink a lot of. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(Anderson Valley Highway 128 The Kimmie, The Yink, and the Holy Gose) Can 355 ml at home, served into an english pint glass. ABV 4.2% Clear body, golden yellow in colour, small white head on top but with good density and okay retention, leaving minimal lacing on the glass. Aroma of light wheat, some grass, lemon, citrus. Taste is sour, again citrus, grape-y, a touch of saltiness on the finish, very refreshing. Medium thin body, soft carbonation, dry and a bit tart on the palate. Good one.

Do not expect a regular beer. The first sip is crazy lemony sour, but as the taste buds acclimatize this is quite pleasant. A refreshing change of pace.

Strong aroma of lactic acid, very funky and cuts through your nose. Slightly cloudy and fast dissipating white head. Nice sparkling wine type mouth feel, acidity on your tongue and cheeks. Not funky, clean acidity with a short finish. Very very nice.
