COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The refreshing tartness in this divine, bright golden-colored ale gives way to earthy undertones and hints of citrus followed by a slight sea salt-like dryness and tangy, effervescent finish.

Draft at Saraveza. Beige and hazy. It smells nutty wheaty good and salty sweet. The lively thirst quenching body enlivens and nourishes. It is hydrating and perfect, everything i look for in a gose. The underlying sweetness balances the salty fresh malt nom nom. Damn this is an impressive brew I could drink a lot of. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This is one of the lightest brews Iíve come across; liquid the palest orange and capped with a snow-white and most timorous head. The aroma is slight coming from the can, but once I bring my nose to the edge of the glass, a movie popcorn slathered in butter is my experience off the bat. Warm salt and a lactic edge in this calls my taste buds out for a ten mile run in the heat. The acidic nature draws the back of my throat into the experience. Once swallowed, this just disappears leaving only a trace, a ghost of an experience and a desire for another quaff. The carb is fizzy, and if the beer wasnít this light, I would feel a need for it to back off a little. But it is, and I donít. Very light, a little slick despite that buzz, and extremely drinkable. Another style that I am sure folks will fight over, (these are good, these are bad), but I am enjoying it. Itís refreshing, light and fruity, dry and complex. Perfect with a seafood smorgasbord or a heavy breakfast laden with eggs and greasy wonderful things! The style will never be a favorite, but the Anderson Valley Gose in this review is definitely a nice introduction and Iíll try more of the gose because of this one!

Can. Clear gold. Sour sweet tangy aroma. The taste follows and reminds me of sour patch kids candy with a dry salty finish. Juicy pineapple and sweet tarts all around. Good stuff but, not really my thing overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a lightly hazy golden with a very small bubbly white head. Aroma of light tart notes and bready malt. Flavor of sweet tarts, pineapple, sour fruits and bready malt.

Draught at Craft Beer Base. Clear yellow very light. Big tangy lemon aroma. Flavour has a surprising salty finish.

A clear pale yellow body with a white head. Aroma was mostly a nice tart lemon note there was a bit of yeast really could not sense the salt, that's in the aroma at least. The flavor had a nice tart presence initially. Which was restrained by a mild salt presence. Nicely balanced. Slight carbonation present. Nice beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Single can purchase, July í14. Pours a big foamy head in a tall wheat glass. Zesty lemongrass smell, followed by a bit of Belgian horseblanket. Then a bit of wheat spice. Zesty tart taste indeed. Kind of a citrus sour to it, with a bit of salt in there, not unlike licking a margarita glass. Very different from most beers, of course, and Iím no expert on gose, but I canít find anything to it that is not as the style is described. Yes, itís yummy, too!

On the Second Day of Christmas 2014 the beer gods gave to me . . . one tarty gose. Pours a pale golden yellow color with thin white head. Aroma of light fruit, caramel, and yeast. Light sweet cidery, citrus taste with tons of gentle tart on backend. It works.

Very nice. Pours a hazy straw colour with a thin veil of dense white head. The nose holds light citrus and hay grass notes with a pinch of spice. Dry and earthy with light toasted wheat malt notes, honey and citrus fruits. Crisp, tart, slightly sour and dry. A nice sessionable and unique brew.

Pours clear lighter straw with a smaller white ring head. Aroma is light sweeter German straw like malt with pretty clean in the nose. The flavor brings a nice crisp tartness with subtle and pleasant grapey and apple notes. The clean tartness settles well on the palate and lingers nicely.
