COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The refreshing tartness in this divine, bright golden-colored ale gives way to earthy undertones and hints of citrus followed by a slight sea salt-like dryness and tangy, effervescent finish.

Draft at Saraveza. Beige and hazy. It smells nutty wheaty good and salty sweet. The lively thirst quenching body enlivens and nourishes. It is hydrating and perfect, everything i look for in a gose. The underlying sweetness balances the salty fresh malt nom nom. Damn this is an impressive brew I could drink a lot of. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 OZ can Clear straw color. Bright white head that falls to a collar. No lacing. Nose is citrus, salt, and grain. Or better yet salty pineapple juice but with better clarity and no so acid forward. Taste is well balanced sweet, sour, and salt. Good clarity and brightness in the taste. Just the right mixture. Fun beer and interesting enough to keep occupied and drink more than 1.

17/VIII/15 - 12Fl. Oz. can from a Dutch webshop @ home - BB: n/a (2015-1092)

Clear pale yellow beer, small fizzy aery off-white head, unstable, dissipates immediately. Aroma: citrus, fruity, bit funky, sweet, white grapes. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sourish, lemon juice, very refreshingly fruity, lime. Aftertaste: still very fruity, nice sourness, lemony, bit salty, funky, nice!

Can. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. The aroma is sublte, some light malt character, lemon, minerals. A dry mouthfeel with light citrus acidity and light saltiness, pale malts, a lingering dryness. Refreshing and well made.

Pours a deep straw color with a medium sized foamy head. Notes of earth, sour vinegar taste, honey, with a little bit of green hops.

This Gose poured a light yellow colour with a minimal bright white head. Scents include mineral water, corn, grape? juice... First swig was quite an attack on the tongue. Flavours of crisp apples and very light vinegar most prominent. Finish was sharp almost like a dry cider.

Can. Pale gold with a white head that’s soon less than a coat. Aroma of damp hay, coriander., Moroccan lemons. No slipperiness to it. A bit tarter and a bit more lemony than suggested by the aroma. A little salty. Very refreshing.

355mL can from Beer Cartel. This one almost exploded open on me (probably didn’t chill it enough). Pale straw body, good clarity, sparce white head. Aroma somewhat Hefeweizen-esque - husky cereally malts, touch of green banana, bruised apple esters, clovey phenolics, woody spices, touch of white pepper. Light bodied, tart, zesty, lively carbonation, salty without being overly briney, refreshingly dry. Zingy body - citrus, green banana, wheaty husky malts, sweet coriander seed, clove, pepper. Finishes somewhat abruptly, chalky, dry, salty, sort of savoury finish. This style is starting to become popular down here - still not sure of it, but this was ok.
