COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

12 oz bottle pours copper with a nice full offwhite rocky head that lingers and laces quite well. Aroma is grapefruit, pine and caramel. Flavor teases you first with some sweet caramel malts then finishes with a nice smack of citrus grapefruit hops. On the palate this is quite balanced and smooth. Very drinkable. A fine example of a nice IPA.

Bottled. Clear copper color with an Ivory head. Piney nose. Big hop bitterness with a ton of malt. Kind of sweet but very well done.

12 oz bottle. Deep amber color with a head that dissapated quickly, but left nice lacing. Fresh floral and grassy aromas, but the flavor fell off a bit with not much more than the standard hoppy citrusness and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Still pretty decent.

Amber color with lots of lacing. I wasnít that impressed with this beer. It had a decent taste, but no outstanding flavors or aromas to speak of. Very standard IPA in my opinion. Fruity aroma and flavors that arenít packing any sort of punch.

Bottle poured a frost-hazed, copper-penny body under a rocky, cream-colored head that lasted down to the bottom of the glass. Smooth hopcit aroma combined with malts to create an appealing "juicy" aroma. A faint medicinal scent underneath. Only moderate bitterness in flavor with a little sourness in an overall weak and watery drink. A touch of metal at the end as well. Mediocre.

Bottle. 12 oz. Dark amber with a medium off-white head that diminished slowly. Good complex aroma of hops and citrus. Medium body. Good flavor with a long bitter finish. Very good IPA.

Tap @Najaís. Nice amber color. Nice aroma, pine, hops, citrus. Strong hops in the flavor, but well balanced overall. Iím still a beginner as far as IPAís go, but this was quite good.

Bottle. Pours orange color with frothy white head. Smells like fresh hopps, citrus (oranages) also some grassy outdoors notes. Teeny tiny bubbles flow through. Taste is hoppy and fresh. Light citrus and grass. Light bitterness in the end. NIce palate feel, full and stingy.

Dirty gold body, full creamy off-white head. Nice caramelly citrus aroma, with hints of perfume. Juicy doughy hops with some "juicy fruit" and watermelon hints in there. Pretty good IPA. Enough to make it interesting and flavorful.
