Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Pours an amber and caramel color with a light citrus herbal aroma. Taste is light, and airy for an IPA. A clean and refreshing IPA with the bitterness that lies on the palate easily.

Bottle @ home. Clear amber pour, frothy tan head. Nice and fruity hoppy Nose, same goes for taste. Pretty much what you’d expect, but less bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation:

Can. Pours a murky copper with thick off white head. Lacing left throughout. There’s a caramel, fruit, pine, and floral aroma. Medium body that was sweet and chewy on the palate. Flavor’s of pine, caramel, citrus, apricot, and grapefruit. Overall, a very enjoyable IPA.

Aromat cytrusowo-słodowy, a konkretniej ostygnięta herbata z cytryną i miodem. Po ogrzaniu wyczuwalne karmelki lub cukierki na gardło typu lipa z miodem lub Strepsils. Barwa bursztynowa, prawie klarowna. Piana drobna, wysoka i długa, świetny lacing. W smaku słodkie winogrono, cognac i goryczka. Po kilku łykach rozgrzewa. Goryczka długa, grejpfrutowa, przyjemna.

12 fluid ounce can, poured into La Chouffe tulip. A: Golden, slightly hazy, medium sized rocky head, with a slight tan, moderate retention. S: West coast hops and citrus fruits, slight cocoa. T: Started out with some strawberry like sweetness, this was quickly countered by grapefruit which lent bitterness which lingered, also had some burnt malt and gummi bears. M: Light body, crisp, moderate carbonation. O: Can’t really add to what has been said, well made, balanced but one of a croud.

Buena espuma y color ambar. Fuerte aroma a miel, resina y pino. En boca se percibe la miel y un amargor de resina y pino. Se percibe el dulzor de las maltas caramelo y miel + el amargor del lúpulo

Bottle. Slightly hazy amber color. Floral, malty nose, very nice. Taste is decent sweet and comes with a harsh bitterness in the end. Good palate, medium body and fresh, light carbonation. Aftertaste is soury, floral, resin and a bit roast malt. Nice one!
