COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Pours copper with a thick, foamy head. Aroma is toffee, caramel but not much hops, must have died by the time I got the bottle. A very nice beer, sweet honey malts, not a great deal of bitterness. For a 7% beer it tastes more like a session IPA.

Can. Orange/peach malt and tinny grapefruit peel aroma. Golden yellow with huge head. Very sweet orange/apricot, caramel malt, and moderately strong bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Decent body. A bit too sweet with harsh hop flavor.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2016 Draft at Bru Craft. Very hazy brown amber pour with a solid frothy beige head. Impressive amounts of lace. Earthy autumn hops up front. Feels abrasive yet wonderful. Dark oranges. Wood stain. Fluid citrus pith and peels. Browned apricots. Somewhat glossy.

it pours a nice amber body with a one finger white head with medium retention.the aromas are hoppy, malty, caramel, fruity.the taste is according to the aromas.it has a medium to full body that takes over the sensations.thw taste is sweet at first and rather caramel like and the biterness comes after some seconds.it has a nice complex character.the alcohol is there.carbonation is medium to low which i generally prefer.cheers.

Bottle at hopaholic. Orange coulor with a stiff white head. Nose of hay and dried grass, with a hint of black tea. Taste also reflects the hay, with some bitterness. A nice little ipa for starters.
