Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Bottle 12fl.oz. (local AH supermarket). Slightly hazy deep amber, two fingers frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, good lacing; rich aroma of bready malts, ’speculaas’, bit nutty, caramel, grapefruit, lemon zest; taste is medium sweet and bitter, malty, citrusy, pine, herbal notes; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, dry hoppy aftertaste, spicy notes and light pine in the finish; very good being tasty, elegant and well-balanced.

A: Intense, herbal, grass. Pretty good! A: amber, a little bit hazy. Frothy, tan foam. T: very bitter and lightly sour. P: medium body, creamy, average carbonation. Bitter, rich and long finish. Some alcohol heat. O: One of the best I ever have, despite the alcohol heat.

Pours cloudy amber with a big, lacy, cloudy, clumpy light tan head that lasted forever. Nose is pine hops, coppery bite, citrus towards the finish. A little bread and malt. Rather sweet and malty at first, this turns bitter towards the end. Slightly oily mouthfeel. Medium body. It is pretty good. It segues onto the Imperial IPA style.

For an IPA this one is alright. Smooth easy to drink no bitter after taste. but still has plenty of hoppy flavor.

Backlog rating. Keg at BD Shoreditch, London. It pours a clean rich golden color with medium off-white head. Aroma is hoppy and herbal, with notes of grass and resin. Taste has more resin, light caramel malts, crispy citrus peel and grapefruit. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, nice IPA
