Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Another beautiful IPA with a huge personality. That strong floral aroma that hits you first and then the huge depth and kinda darkness to the kinda roasted honey body and then a clear crisp hoppy finish... Impressed!!

Pours a semi coludy light orange brew with a medium white head with moderate to good retention, aroma is moderate sweet and moderate bitter with caramel, herbs, and citrics, medium to light bodied, flavor is moderate sweet and moderate bitter with a sligthly bitter finish and a short aftertaste.

On 33 cl can. Deep golden color , good foam. Aromas of hops , caramel, citrus & malt. Medium body & complexity . Immediatly sweet , good bitterness- but still too much sweetness for my taste. Enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Lives up to its name. Strong in hops but also quite floral, so its pretty well-balanced despite the bitterness.

Good beer with great aroma and color, though the taste leaves me wanting more. Complex, but a couple of the constituents are a little too sweet and doesnt fit well.

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2014 Bottle. Deep yellow/gold/sunset appearance. Smells like lemon candy. Light, happy hops! Greatly balanced. Bitter lemon, fruit, sweet. Bitter sparkles. Playful. This IPA makes me happy

nose: thick wafts of hoppy, caramelly decadence. palate: perfectly balanced. all the elements are there in a carefully choreographed dance and im not even gonna try to analyze it. just get yourself one and marvel at the achievement.

Bottle from Soho Wine at home. Translucent copper amber pour. Fruity malty aroma. Taste is very bitter-crisp with a bready backbone. Better than I'd expected. Very crisp with lasting bitterness. Not bad - especially given the price.

355 ml bottle form Csak a J Sr. Cloudy, medium amber or orange color, long-life medium sized porous an solid off-white head, aroma of honey, biscuit and slight citrusy notes, medium body, soft carbonation, very sweet honey malty and moderate vibrant hoppy bitter taste, powerful honey and dry piney bitter palate with resinous notes in the background. A heavy oily, but smooth IPA. Nice one.
