Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Malty-resinous nose with some pineyness, nicely balanced. Mainly bitter, with a a slight malty sweetness and a thick honey-like body. Bitter finish, no real noble hop flavor, but no unpleasant harshness. A good IPA.

7%ABV. IPA Tapped out a rich deep amber coming in at 14°SRM. The nose had fresh strawberries, malty sweetness and salty spindrift. The palate was woken up with berries and then treated to a good solid body of properly roasted medium dark malts providing a solid foundation on which to enjoy the hops which in my mind were a little over zealously represented. Love me don’t lash me. Heavy bitter hop finish. Almost cloying.

Bottle, 12 fl. oz. Home. A nice orange opaque beer with brown hues ; big creamy white head with a good retention ; average lacing. Aroma of biscuit, roast, resin, fruits (red berries, quince, raisin). Medium sweet ; warming background ; light to medium dry bitter ; nice balance. Medium voluptuous body ; medium texture ; good carbonation ; dry fruity finish ; light warming background. Overall, a real "gourmandise", fruity ; well-balanced ; a liquid delicious cake.

En canette, très agréable en ce début de soirée après une journée caniculaire .. Sur une base gentiment maltée développe une amertume rassurante et très fruitée ... Vraiment bon. A prendre par caisse entière pour cet été.
