Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Had it from a bottle. Easy drinkability for a IPA, with the perfect amount of bitterness. Great beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Amber color, white head. Appealing hoppy aroma. Bitter, hoppy flavor with orange peel. Medium-full body, medium carbonation. Nice!

Flu/cold still effecting my nose and taste, but there is a nice sweetnees and bitterness I’m getting from this IPA. Also some malt but the fruit and hoppiness I can’t smell, must be there, but nose and taste still not optimal for enjoying the finer tastes of this beer.

355 ml can from Club de Cervezas. Pours a mostly clear dark orange/amber color with a big white fluffy head that diminishes slowly and leaves a nice film. Aroma is pretty impressive with clean hops and some potent malt sugars mixing up to give a powerful fruity nose. Notes of grapefruit followed up by orange, tangerines, leaf, hay a bit of honey and watermelon. Taste is bitter with marginal grainy and fruity sweetness giving some counterbalance. Grapefruit flavors dominate throughout. It leaves a long herbal bitter aftertaste. Delicious. Medium body. Alcohol is high but it gives only a minmal warming hint. Carbonation is soft. Would it be better with some extra prickliness? I think so. It’s a delightful and intense straight-forward and fruity American IPA.

Pours a thick white head with nice aromas of hops. Clear copper colored body. Very bitter. Good thickness, warmth and length. Good with appetizers or cheese. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours amber like color, clear, with off-white creamy stable head. Visually medium carbonation. Aroma: intense hop aroma, which takes on some flovers, pine, tangerine, citruses, supported and well balanced with aroma of malts, which takes on honey and biscuit. Flavor: rich hop flavors, which takes on pine, tangerine, some citruses, with hint of floral, and malt flavors, which takes on biscuit, slightly on honey and toffee. Taste is firstly moderate sweet, then immediately become moderate strong bitter and lingers in finish, which is dry. Body is medium, texture is soft, carbonation is medium.

Poured from the 12oz bottle into a snifter. Amber with a cream colored head. Aroma is bready with some molasses and floral hops. Flavor is similar with some bready malt up front combined with a mild earthy sweetness and finishing with some floral and lightly spicy hops. Medium bodied with a long finish. Solid IPA.

Pours copper with a thick, foamy head. Aroma is toffee, caramel but not much hops, must have died by the time I got the bottle. A very nice beer, sweet honey malts, not a great deal of bitterness. For a 7% beer it tastes more like a session IPA.

Can. Orange/peach malt and tinny grapefruit peel aroma. Golden yellow with huge head. Very sweet orange/apricot, caramel malt, and moderately strong bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Decent body. A bit too sweet with harsh hop flavor.
