Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Kopparfärgad med stort ljusbrunt skum! Små mjuka bubblor och en del malt men mycket humle i doft och smak! Lite för maltsöt!

Pours amber with a bit of copper tones, small top. Aroma reminds more english bitter with emphasys on darker caramel sweetness, berries sour-sweet notes, and selinene hops type like Pilgrim. Some roasted or heavy toasted malts notes in flavor. Pleasant flavor. Taste is sweet+, medium bitter more towards early hops additions. I do like it, kind of English IPA. Nice persistence of bitter in aftertaste. Oily texture, medium+ body, but no drinkability reduction.

Aroma of butter, caramel, blood orange. Amber body with a huge white head. Taste is a medium bitterness at first, then caramel, some grapefruit taste. Dry in the finish. Full, smooth body, average+ carbonation.

Bottle - pours orange with a big loose head. Big resin hop aroma. Resin hop dominates the taste, bit of malt comes through then a bit of citrus in the finish. Palate is creamy.

Alluring citrus pine aroma in an amber pour. Restrained hop forward balance (for style) with a sweet malt caramel body. Finish is crisp and clean - and leaves one wanting another.

330ml bottle (thanks Tuomas). Clear deep amber color. Medium size, beige head, stays. Good lacing and holds well. Sweet, very malty, caramel in aroma. Malty, sweet, some hops in taste. Sweet malts and spicy hops in aftertaste. Sweet and spicy. Quite nice.

Celebrated International IPA Day drinking this baby. Pours clear golden with rich lasting white head, excellent lacing, beautiful hoppy aromas, medium body, satisfying smooth and oily mouthfeel, very good carbonation. Aromas of citrus, herbs, citrus/orange/lemon peel bitterness, hints of grapefruit and exotic fruits like pineapple or mango, spicy and peppery notes perfectly balanced with bread and caramel sweetness malts, some notes of sweet white grapes or Mediterranean wine. Its amazing hop character was perfectly paired with a mix plate, smoked salmon slices on brioche bread, spiced up with fresh basil and black pepper, along with Greek olives, brie cheese and paprika dip. I’m thrilled!

Solid IPA - citrusy hops - good appearance - would pick up again for sure - Anderson Valley makes really solid beers.

Pours a hazy amber color with a off white head with large bubbles. Aroma of caramel and hops, herbs and bread, hints of smoke. Flavors of herbs, pines, caramel malts, hops, hints of spices. Medium body with a creamy mouth feel. Slightly sweet and bitter, but quite herbal. Over done on the herbs, and ends up tasting more like a winter brew. But still not bad.

Coloração alaranjada,leve turbidez,espuma alta,abundante com boa retenção;no aroma,malte,caramelo,resina,lúpulo,maracujá;sabor inicial maltado,seguido pelo cítrico e um bom amargor,deixando um retrogosto meio amargo/doce,álcool passa quase despercebido,carbonatação mediana,boa drinkability. IPA tradicional gostosa,equilibrada,gostei.
