12 oz bottle...very malty aroma with sweet qualities...creamy body...almost reminds me of a hefty english ale. or amber ale esque?..the hops are well balanced with the malts...but the malt is a bit more present...dark amber color... good.

Oct 13, 2008 A beautiful deep amber body is topped by a persistent laced tan head, the aroma is joyously hoppy and springlike, with a hops taste that does not aoverpower the malt notes. A nice crisp finish.

Sep 30, 2008 Bottled@SBWF2008. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is hops, grass, fruits and some mild wooden notes. Flavour is fruity and flowery hops along with some wooden and nectary notes. Also some mild grainyness in the finish.

Sep 26, 2008 A simple brew with lots of hop bitterness, but well constructed from that stand point. It is a pretty singular bitter brew, a lot of hop bittering on the finish, some malts but hardly noticeable. Amber in color, with a strong lacing, clean palate, and bittery asparin like finish.
