Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Can from AmmersinO, Vienna. Clear, amber body, with a big, frothy, slightly yellow head, that leaves a nice ring-shaped lacing. Interesting aroma of jelly roll with apricot, peach, grapefruit, flowers, pine. Tastes of citrus, strawberry, peach, pine, with a tasty, smooth malt backbone of biscuit, bubblegum, honey and caramel. Mouthfeel is medium, slick, with a decent carbonation and it finishes medium bitter, dry, also a bit sweet, with fruity, piney and malty notes. Really tasty! A distinct IPA, perfectly balanced, with nice, uncommon fruit notes and most of all really great malt notes! It doesn’t have the most aggressive hop bite, but if offers a pleasant complexity instead.

Robe cuivree, carbo moyenne, petit collet persistant. Aromes de fruits caramelises, pin. Humm que c’est bon. Des saveurs legerement resineuses, une longueur parfaite sur une finale bien amere et un peu seche. Corps moyen

Brown-yellow, foggy. Small thick light brown head. Taste is fruity with pine and citrus. Taste has malt, fruit, strong pine on the aftertaste. Alcohol comes through a bit but its complemented with a good full body. A tasty IPA.

Good overall beer. The honey is a bit to much for my personal taste which makes it a bit to sweet.
