Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Pours a deep golden color with a nice size head for an IPA. Aroma of sweet, floral hops and citrus with a bit of pine. Clean feel in the mouth, but a little bit too much fruit for me. Nice hop taste for sure though. If you like a hoppy IPA but you want some other flavors to balance the the hops this might be a good beer to try.

Bottle, 355ml. Pours clear amber/orange with a magnificent, fluffy offwhite head with epic lacing. Deep floral aroma, with hints of apricot, sour apples, licorice, doughy yeast, honey and caramel malts. Light-bodied, but not watery. Slightly dry and astringent. Subtle but powerful hop complexity both in the taste and at the finish. Sweet and very drinkable, with some earthy alcohol towards the finish. An unusual, but very pleasant IPA.

Bottle, 355ml. An amber beer with a big frothy head and beautiful lacing. It has a medium floral aroma. Taste is bitter, but not very strong. Maybe it has a hint of grapefruit. Medium to strong alcoholic finish. I don´t know why there is a bear with deer antlers on the label, but I think it is cute.

33 cl can in Teku. Pours a nice large off-white/orange head, creamy and bit rocky, which forms a thin layer; bit unclear, amber-reddish bright colour. Very nice sharp hoppy and piny aroma, sweet, floral and fruity. Tastes resin, hops, herbs, citrus, forest, very light caramel malts. Hops dominate the scene: initial medium piny sweetness, which mainly comes from the hops, followed by a high and long-lasting bitterness (biscuity and citrusy). Average carbonation, medium bodied, bit sticky.

Pours slightly hazy coppery color topped with a nice and lasting off white head. Pleasant sweet and fruity aroma. Taste is strong and straight bitter. Some fruits also present, but as I said - hoppy bitterness.

Bottle (22 OZ): Clark to light haze deep copper with a very thick head and great lace. Big hoppy lift but great caramel, crystal malt flavors. Dense and rich. Floral. Off dry palate. Not sour and moderate bitterness. Dense, long and even texture. Great balance between hop and malt flavors. Very good carbonation. Lovely beer. Almost more East Coast than West Coast in style.
