COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

This is a really good tasting and looking IPA but the smell kind of gets yah. I’m not sure if its yeast, dough? but overall an enjoyable and good IPA.

Very nice looking, lightly coppery and clear with a very nice two finger head that lasted and left sheets of thick, sticky lacing down all sides of the glass. Aroma is nice and hoppy, but there’s a nearly equal aroma from the malt base. Some caramel malt makes it way through, then earthy hops. The taste is also pretty well balanced, but slightly skewed towards the hops. I like the malt base, it’s flavorful and the body is pretty full, but it doesn’t overpower the hops. Plenty of hops flavors assault your tongue when you drink this, I get an earthy hops presence first, then some citrus and pine. Drinkability is high, as this one goes down pretty easy despite the medium body and strong hop bitterness finish. They did a good job on this beer. I will have to try more beers from this brewer.

Di colore arancio ramato, bel cappello di schiuma compatto nel bicchiere. Molto ben bilanciata con aroma citrico e resinoso. Gran bel finale per gli amanti del luppolo. Da provare per chi ama le IPA.

from beerlicious iphone app: Hazy orange, rocky white head. Mild sourness to start with a light bitter finish. Sticky dry texture, soft on carbonation

12 oz bottle, pours a orangish copper color with a thick fluffy white head that leaves good lacing. Smells of pine, citrus and caramel. Tastes of all the same thing’s in the smell with a slight honey flavor and a good hop bite in the back end. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy with great carbonation. Overall this is one of the best balanced ipas I’ve had. As far as flavor goes it is pretty average.

Pours a nice orange honey color with a light tan cap. Rich foam with hoppy goodness. Smell is faint hops and malt. Flavor... The name says it all. It is loaded with hops with notes of apple and toffee. I would definitely recommend HopOttin. It is very rich and bold. Worth the buy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Crystal clear copper with a very tall pillowy cap that leaves behind roapy lacing on every sip. Oooooooo that smells nice!! Hard lemon candy, earthy caramel, sponge toffee. The aroma is mellow yet full. Light but full taste. Caramel, big hops, peach, lemon, leather, lots of yum. So thirsty, so I’m drinking fast and forgetting to pay attention. Brew has a heavy sweetness that sneaks up on you. Why did I just smell popcorn? Easy to jug brew with no faults.

12 ounce bottle from Total Wine Sacramento, grassy aroma, bready taste. Not enough bitterness for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
