5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
This is literally one of my favorite IPAís to date...the only bad thing about is itís availability where I live. The smell has pine and and resin herb smells with some sweet toffee malts. The taste has a very crisp and refreshing hop bite that tastes herbal as well. It has a very long bitter and dry after taste digs deep into your taste buds. I also get the sweet toffee and brown honey bread like malts that add to the richness of the hops perfectly. I really think this is a perfect example of an American IPA.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Jinkeys! One of the best damn IPAs I have had. To kick things off, it looks heavenly; essentially, this what I feel the style SHOULD look like. A very handsome and clean ruddy copper with only the slightest haze. A massive frothing whitecap crowns this gentleman. Herbal, floral and citrus hops, some juniper, light spiciness, honey and caramel treat both nose and tongue to a delightful sensory experience. Bittersweet perfection, neither hop nor malt takes the crown, instead an agreement to rise above the heap takes place resulting in a win for all involved. A mid-soft carbonated body with a light slickness make this a dream IPA for me.

"very aromatic, with a strong flavor, and bitter bite to boot, but the flavor is a slight miss for me. not that i canít enjoy this beer, but iím a fan of a different hop blend before iíll say itís one of the better ipas. "

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Orange-golden color with nice medium head. Not as fruity as other IPAs, some floral notes and pines. The toasty malt body is very present. Good bitter finish. Not sure if this is exactly my type of IPA, but I like it more and more with every sip.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy copper, soft white head. Citric hops aroma. Tastes quite complex: initial fruity hops, followed by toasted malts and dry strong bitterness. Alcoholic liquor aftetaste. Thin carbonation, low body.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
330ml bottle served in a pint glass.
A: Pours an outstanding orange to amber color forming a medium creamy yellow head. Medium retention and some thin lingering molasses lacings left in the glass
S: Lots of caramel. Caramel malts, crystal malts. Brown sugar and flowery hops
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Strong notes of caramel, caramel malts, crystal malts, brown sugar. Great and balanced hops bitterness. Hops are a must! Excellent quality hops. Mainly herby, flowery and a bi piny profile. I would dare to say itís mainly Centennial
M: Medium, creamy and a bit molasses body. Good carbonation. Sweet caramel malts mixed with piny hops in the aftertaste. Great bittersweet balance
O: Excellent drinkability. Authentic and delicious American IPA

Cor dourada quase ambar, espuma clara e pouco persistente.
Aroma de lúpulo, citrico, floral.
Gosto levemente ácido, forte lúpulo e pegada citrica. Gosto leve de tostado e final seco, corpo leve/moderado.

Whew - lots of hops. Enjoyable and as Iíve described for other ultra-hoppy IPAís - they make great digestifs after heavy meals. This one included.

From tap. Dark amber with low head. Aroma flowery sweet with subtle notes of pine. Taste is sweet dark toast and honey with notes of pine and a little citrus. Finishes off with a light bitterness. Nice beer but too sweet for my taste.
