Nice little sessionable brew with a mild but firm hop and light toasted caramelized malts and a hint of honey. Big citrus notes, pine needles and a light odd fruitiness. Overall, just a nice sipping PA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 tmoreau (1624) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - FEB 5, 2013
12 oz. bottle poured to my 1/2 pint taster showing a hazed, orangy gold color, with a nice layer of white, bubbles & froth, fairly lasting, head foam, and curtainy cling to the lacing. The aroma started with a touch of resin, then grapefruit and tangerine, mild malt, and some moderate sweetness. Decently carbonated with a medium body, the flavor incorporated the aroma notes with a strong, earthy, rind-like bitterness that lingered on the tongue past a finish, that was also crisp and dry. A go to example of the style, imo.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 bytemesis (1400) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - JAN 20, 2013
Bottle. Pours hazy butterscotch with a medium white head and nice lacing. Aroma is faint floral, pine and caramel. Flavor is about the same, medium sweet and lightly bitter with light herbal notes. Medium bodied with a light bitter finish. Not bad, but a little over sweet for my APA tastes.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Syzzer (449) - Oregon, USA - JAN 10, 2013
This is an ordinary, plain pale ale. Nothing exciting. The color is a hazy amber yellow. Simple, uninteresting bitter finish to sour cereal taste. The smell is about the same as the taste. The head is white and weak. zzzzz 4.8 BD
