The dryness and crispness of this beer is surprising and pleasant. The golden color and white head add to the overall package. Yeasty flavor, grass and a bit of earthiness make this a great summer beer.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 21 Oct 2011) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of orange, dried apricots and citrus peel. Fruity taste with grainy malt, orange, apricots and a generous citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Pours a hazy yellow/orange with a thick foamy white head...nice lacing. Aroma is fruity and bready. Flavor has some tea-like hop notes, a hint of spice, and mild fruity and earthy notes. Mouthfeel is light and silky and the finish is dry and mildly fruity.

12oz bottle. Pale yellow color, looks good. Big malt flavor, but some nice pac west hops finish and balance this one out decently well. Thin caramel flavor, slight savory character. Classic pale ale, decent go to.
