Aroma is fresh cut grass, lemon, and a very faint floral smell. Poured a clear golden color with a huge pillowy white head. Taste is quite interesting. First is lemon, then a sweet grassy taste followed by (I know this sounds odd) an almost cotton candy flavor. Feel is light bodied and easy drinking with a slightly bitter finish.

grapefruit, pine, lemon, some caramelish(?) maltiness; goldan hazy, small long-lasting foam; light bitterness, light sweetness, slightly sour; light body, thin but not watery feel, average carbonation, mederately long dry finish; Overall: highly drinkable, light and tasty beer

Caramel malt aroma, with a little citrus. Same caramel malt flavor; but not as dominant, with some bread crust malt. Citrus hop flavor; more than in the aroma, but secondary to the malt.

ciaranc (784) - Dublin, IRELAND - JUL 26, 2013
Clear pale gold, lots of bubbles, frothy, lasting white head. Nose is toasted, biscuity malt with a little toffee. Smooth biscuit malt flavour, subtle fruity hops. Smooth, lush mouthfeel, low carbonation. Finish is nicely balanced. Excellent.

Clear gold with an orange tinge and a thick moderate white head. Light pine and caramel aroma. Crisp, malty, yeasty with citrusy hops and a mild toffee backdrop. Nice well rounded, light refreshing.

Fra boks på Cardinaltreff 2.pinsedag: aroma av lyse, søtlige bær, og smaken er også lys og fruktig. Rund og lett å drikke, men savner bitterhet for totalbalansen.

Faint caramel and piney citrus. Hazy orange color. Near-tropical sweetness, gravel and toast. Thickish smooth body, a palate flush. Okay pale ale, has the brewer’s signature all over it.
