color is golden with a little haze. had a pretty long lasting head. Pretty drinkable and easy to swallow. Seemed to be on the expensive side though.

This poured a nice golden color with a very light and bubbly head. The aroma was of hops and a touch of caramel, citrus and pine. A very bubbly and astringent palate. The taste was earthy, piney and lightly hopped. The end was bitter and drying. Not too great...not terrible.

Draft at Toad in the Hole. Infinitesimal haze in deep gold with small persistent head and copious lace. Initial pukey aroma with more pleasing herbal, leafy notes. Sharp mineral bitter precedes delicate cake-cone malt, earthy and grassy/herbal hops, and a twinge of diacetyl or caramel. Crunchy and slightly curdling finish.

Hazy, orange colour with medium and diminishing head. Medium intesive aroma of citrus, pale ale malt with earthy and resinous background. Taste is slightly sweet with medium and lingering bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation. Low to medium body. Overall: not bad one, but nothing special.

Drank other times without rating, but had to rate this one from the can. Pours very golden with good carbonation and prominent piney hop aroma. The lean body is built on a clean base malt flavor with specialty malt complexity, and neutral yeast, plus a piney (Cascade) hop flavor that is forward and builds to a bit of a fruity and a bitter finish.

A nose more like a premium lager, piney and bitter. Flavor is surprisingly more bitter (hoppy) than i expected for a pale ale. Flavor is hops, great malts, sweet. People say that pale ales are boring and lacking this, or that. This is definitely proving them wrong. A kick ass pale ale, and another good brew from the boys at AVB.

Smells mildly of hops. Pale gold color, bubbly white head. Has some good malt sweetness and moderate hops but it tastes mostly watered down. Really easy to drink but it honestly is one of the most watered down pales I’ve had. Not a winner.

Hazy reddish honey color; small, quickly dissapating head. Light citrus hop aroma, backed by a hint of sweet wine. Flavor is sweet and lightly malty, though rather watery. Dry, grassy hops. Drinkable but nothing special
