COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Poleeko Pale Ale is an exceptionally flavorful and well-balanced beer. With a bright, citrus hop profile and mild malt flavors reminiscent of English biscuits, the aromas of pink grapefruit and lemon zest compliment the brisk, balanced finish to create a truly refined American Pale Ale.

MALTS: Pale Two-Row, Crystal (40L)
HOPS: Columbus, Nugget, Cascade

Note: Formerly Poleeko Gold Pale Ale.

Bottle at home. Clear golden ale, white foamy head. Citrus fruity en grassy tones dominate the nose. Taste is more dry and crisp, light citrus, resinous, light malty base. Dry, hoppy finish. Medium carbonation, good body for its abv.

355 ml bottle from GoodBeer.gr. pours golden and clear, with a white thick head. Aromas of lemon, grass, exotic fruits and a maltiness on the back. Taste of lemon, grass, exotic fruits, grapefruit, pineapple. nice aftertaste, mildly bitter. Light body with a low carbonation.

12oz. Mine poured a clear golden amber with a white head. Aroma is slight touch of malt, and sweat. Body is sharp and bitter, corn, struck me as very lager-like. I’m not sure if it is the American Pale Ale style or the type of hops they used but I can decidingly say I do not like it. Thin, doesn’t do well with salty food.

Clear gold with an orange tinge and a thick moderate white head. Light pine and caramel aroma. Crisp, malty, yeasty with citrusy hops and a mild toffee backdrop. Nice well rounded, light refreshing.

Has a aroma of grapefruit and lemon and rather hoppy aftertaste. A rather light ale, works refreshing.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, medium white head. Minimal pale ale aroma, some hops, smells kind of berry like. Taste is fruity, more berry and flower, light malt, bready. Finishes dry and a little bitter. Good summer beer, a little light for this style.

Hazy, orange colour with medium and diminishing head. Medium intesive aroma of citrus, pale ale malt with earthy and resinous background. Taste is slightly sweet with medium and lingering bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation. Low to medium body. Overall: not bad one, but nothing special.

Pours golden with a thick layer of foamy head. Aroma is light citrus hops, even grapesque, like a white wine. Flavor is fairly nondescript. It is crisp and there are no off-flavors but there is nothing unique to this beer, it is simply a nice and easy-drinking pale ale.

I agree with last reviewer with the character of the aroma and flavor and palate. I dont’ agree that carbonation was distracting and I don’t detect this ’dustyness’ he speaks of but, JoeMcPhee is right. It’s not a bad beer, in fact, it’s a good beer.

not as hoppy as their poleeko, but still plenty of flavor here. golden color and a crisp taste off the bottle.
