Couldnít find this in the US of A where its fucking made so I decided to rate it in Hong Kong. East Endís Inside out is out of stock, naturally as is, Inside Out, so I harrassed, " pronounced harrissed", El Grandeís other establishment for the beer and found the Hop House in Wan Chaiís hooker district better supplied. At any rate, the beer pours a cloudy multi-hued amber and blonde and smells like barnyard schmutts and danky nastiness. the head is frothy as fuck, not hell, and good to go another mile. No, Iím not drunk yet, you assholes. Wow! That aroma is like fine poontang. The foam laces the glass better than a Thai hooker. Jeezus! Should I take a picture fur u?

Pours a clear gold with a decent with head that leaves good lace. Aroma is fruity, citrus, grass and mild biscuity notes. Flavour is citrus, grapefruit, grass, medium bitterness, and biscuits. Very session-able and very tasty!

Bottle. Sweet, red grapefruit aroma, mixed with some resin and elderflower floral notes. Additionally, there are notes of very ripe, sweet black- and blueberries. And there you have it - forest fruit, resin - this evokes images of a coniferous forest rather than the tropics. Really awesome. Perhaps if those berry notes could be more present in the flavour, then this could be an almost unbeatable APA, but as it is, it does not fail to deliver. Very drinkable, balanced, flavourful and soft in the mouth. Restrained bitterness, a body that is more full than in many style counterparts, and just a tiny drop of sweetness. One of the top APAís out there.

Bottle: Poured a hazy deep yellow color ale with a huge bubbly white head with better then average retention. Aroma of grassy floral hops is clearly detectable and really enjoyable. Taste is incredibly grassy with nice floral undertone and a medium bitter finish. I thought this was a well balance mix between the grassy, sweet malt and light bitter finish. Definitely something I would track down again.

Pretty cloudy orange-yellow and not much aroma. The taste is just slightly bitter and hoppy. A little thin in the middle. A nice dry finish. Some maltiness at the end that I donít like.

on tap at brewery: nice fresh hop nose, slightly grassy. Pale gold-amber color, tall creamy head. Light citrusy malt, tight dry bitter in the back of the mouth. Concentrated hop taste but not overpowering. Crisp, clean, excellent PA:

bottle. Pours a hazy light orange color, thick foamy inch of head, enough active carbonation to keep it around. Muted, bready aroma, some light sweetness, and some faint floral hop notes. Flavor shows some light spiciness, smooth sweet biscuits, and some crisp citrus. Flavor shows much improvement over the nose. Palate is also good- light, crisp, and clean. Overall, a pretty good pale with superb drinkability.

12oz bottle. Golden color, white foam. Aroma of hops, nice citrus, pine; malt character has a good amount of honey and pale malts. Pale malt, tastes of honey. Sharp hop bite makes this beer SOOO DELICIOUS. Finishes with loads of spruce and grapefruit. I could drink this brew all day long! (3346)
