Poleeko Pale Ale is an exceptionally flavorful and well-balanced beer. With a bright, citrus hop profile and mild malt flavors reminiscent of English biscuits, the aromas of pink grapefruit and lemon zest compliment the brisk, balanced finish to create a truly refined American Pale Ale.

MALTS: Pale Two-Row, Crystal (40L)
HOPS: Columbus, Nugget, Cascade

Note: Formerly Poleeko Gold Pale Ale.

Shimmering gold with a white cap o’ heady goodness. Aroma is sweet and malty with just a hint of honey. Super smooth and balanced body with flavors leaning on the malty side: sweet, malty, honey, and a dab of caramel. Hops are just present in a smooth underlying bitterness that is slightly earthy and piney. Finish is clean with a little linger of hop bitterness. A very drinkable pale ale that makes me wish it was still summer.

355 ml bottle, served in snifter glass. Poured murky amber with a small obe finger white head. Aromas of grapefruit, citrus, flowers, grass, caramel. Taste pretty much a continuation of the aromas with some malty notes. Medium body with a nice long creamy, bittersweet finish. Overall a pretty good APA but a bit too watery for me and could use some more body.

Licht amberkleurig bier met snelzakkende witte schuimkraag. Aroma: hop, citrus. Licht mondgeveol met een gemiddeld koolzuur. Smaak is bitter met korte afdronk.

Bottiglia, 35,5 cl. Colore giallo dorato e schiuma bianca media. Corpo medio, aroma maltato e erbaceo. Gusto fruttato, malto, luppolo, finale asciutto. A mio avviso più simile ad una Ipa che ad una pale ale.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a clear copper with a small to medium white head and an aroma of sweet malts, citrus fruits, bubblegum and floral hops. Taste is medium sweet, a bit too sweet for me. I don’t really like this.
