Commercial Description:
This copper colored ale is a silky, creamy dream. It’s malty, very mildly hopped, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor. A cool beer for the heat, whatever your latitude!

Dark amber pour with a small head that fades quickly. Sweet caramel malt, fruit and spice in the aroma. Flavor is much the same until the end, when I started picking up a strange bitter flavor. I cant exactly say what it tasted like, but it became stronger throughout the bottle. That ruined an otherwise decent brew.

Pours a clear copper body with a small quickly leaving white head. Aroma is sweet, a bit fruity with caramel and butter. Taste is light and a bit corn like with some iced tea. No after taste. Dry with light bubbles.

Pours with a small head that is definitely fully diminishing. The body has an amber/copper hue with a slight cloudy/hazy clarity. The beer smells a bit like caramel with a little bit of butter along with some Saaz hops. All in all the beer smells extremely sweet!. The initial flavor is moderately sweet and the finish is also sweet. It feels light to the palate with a dry texture and a sharp lively carbonation feel. This beer tastes a lot like Lipton chilled Iced tea to me for some weird reason!

Pours with a white semi-thcik head. and a coppery brown color. Very light aroma that is barely detectable. Malty taste. It is a little sweet. Not complex at all, but as such it makes for a good session beer.

For my 500th rating im bringing it full circle. About 5.5 years ago i began rating beer at the tender young age of 18. The first beer i rated was an Anderson Valley Winter Solstice with some wings at Mad Mex in Mt. Lebo. Anyway, who would have thought it would get to 500 soo quickly? This beer itself was very flavorful, smooth and refreshing. It had a hint of spice but nothing overpowering. Great beer and i look forward to hitting my next milestone of 1000.

Yet another fine offering from Boonville. Murky amber color with a diminishing head and minimal lacing. Malty aroma with hints of caramel, sugary bread and tobacco. A fair amount of spices and fruits as well. Drinkable with a light to medium body, surprisingly creamy and filling. Flavor is a great jumble of malts, spices and hops. Creamy caramel and toffee with a ever so slight red wine flavor. Sweet, fruity spices and hints of strawberry and orange. Vanilla and cream to boot. Nice summer quencher, very satisfying.
